Good place for kids to have fun. Come this week with my kids. We are really enjoying the game. Thanks for helpful staff.
The mall is good, but it lacks many services, despite the mall’s strategic location, which serves a large segment of visitors and residents of the towers near it. Most of the stores are traditional and available in most malls, but there are some grocery stores that are supposed to exist in order to compete with Aeon Mall, which monopolizes the prices with extremely high prices. There are many stores that are closed and others are not in demand. The communication network is non-existent inside, although there is a free Wi-Fi network, but it is slow and receiving calls is difficult.
Nice place for kids to have fun. Spacious and clean, but not many features as those in Kuala Lumpur. Overall still very good. Recommended.

Price: $48 whole day for 1 child above 2years old (with 2 adults free), $10 per extra adult
Plenty of seats + tables inside and outside play area for adults to do work/chill.
Main elements are:
1) Maze: big enough. Will be more fun if each level has more connections to the upper/lower levels. Currently each level is quite segregated. (Good if you need some peace and quiet, bad if you need to hunt for your kid). Slides are fun.
2) Ball pit: big enough. Needs more balls, can see some bare areas.
3) Foam blocks: one area in the top floor of the maze (lego foam blocks), one hidden area on the ground maze (normal foam shape blocks)
4) Cars: with road and 1 traffic light.
5) Trampoline: 2 small, 1 medium. One of the small one looks like abit unstable
Clean. Suitable for younger toddlers (mini slides available), and older children.

The staff unfriendly, instead of serving customer they group up and ignore customers. Last week brought my 2 kids to KSL, we walked pass that place and my son run there excitedly.
When my husband enquire abt the fee and playtime, the staff like cant be bothered at all. Get to know playing time left 1 hour but the price they charge minimal is 3 hours. Few moments later we decided to let our 2 kids in, while my husband making payment and another staff taking tag, my son was standing right infront of the playground gantry as he couldnt wait. Then this staff called jordan refused to let him in. After getting rejected for several times, my son start crying. Then i asked is it possible to let him in first since we alr paid just waiting for the tag. Conclusion is, he is too young and cant solve problem on the spot.

Visited on a weekday morning and I was the only customer there. Quiet, cosy place to chill with cute, English country style deco. It probably can get noisy if there are kids around since there's a small playground.
Had their Orange Americano which was refreshing. The espresso was not just infused with orange juice, but bits of fresh orange pulp too.
Matcha Burnt Cheese Cake was quite nice. Slightly creamy with balanced sweetness; topped with whipping cream and toasted oats.

Nice ambience and kid friendly. Cakes were interesting to try. Drinks were okay. The bagel is forgettable.
Food is ok but you need pack the rice ball your own, troublesome for parent who bring kids here. The playground is small enough for 5 kids , for kids below 8 should have some fun
There are 2 arenas, toddlers section for below 5 years old away from the fast rowdy bunch of bigger kids! Whilst the kids arena has a kiddy kitchen, doctor’s house, soccer section and plenty of slides with various heights! I even see daddies popping out of the ball pit and another daddy sliding down the long slide! Seems like good place to unleash the fun out of everyone, for a great deal 3 kids under 50rm on a weekday!
The staff are lazy. Price not worth it. I paid for 3 kids kot. Kalau you datang utk flying fox, please know that there are limited slots. Kita datang jam 10.30 pagi. The only slot available at 12.30pm. Itu pun limit to 12 children. Datang public holiday. Ada atleast 40-50 children. I am late by 5 minute because my children already hungry waiting for 12.30 and went out for a while to eat. When arrive, the children is still queuing for flying fox but my kids cannot join anymore because the 'giving sticker' session is over. Have to wait till 3.30pm for next slot.! My ticket ended at 1.30pm! My kids is frustrated as we have been waiting for it since we arrive. Just because we are late by 5 minutes, we cannot join. Please la. The kids is still lining up kot. The slot is not even finish yet. The worker just want to spend 30 minutes for flying fox, thats it. I have been here few times. The staff is always lazy and not helpful. Price is pretty expensive. Yes. I am mad and frustrated. We pay for that service. Bad service!
A huge pity that this mall is really not advertised to its fullest. With only 1 level at ground floor for shopping; the crowd levels were extremely low even though the shops and facilities were really new. Lots of potential and space but there is no traffic here.

There is also a very well furbished cinema here with an average ticket worth less than 20 RM. Hope some life can be breathed back in here.

Celebrated my son’s 8th birthday at Olymkids! The kids had a big blast! They had soooo much fun! My son and daughter asked me if they could go again next time! They were short handed but they tried their very best to accommodate to our needs! I constantly asked them to do this and that, they always answered my questions and came to help with a happy face. I am a very demanding customer, but I think attitude is the most important of all. Also I must mention abt the bday backdrop they did for my son! The thing that my son wanted was actually quite unusual but they really tried their best to decorate which made me super touched and happy with! Big thanks to all the staff at Olymkids for creating such wonderful memory for my kid❤️

Very well maintained indoor playground with sufficient play time for 2 hrs. Staff are very friendly. Suitable for kids 3-9 years old. Anyone older than that can try art and craft.
If you are looking for an indoor playground that can let kid to play for few hours, this place is suitable for you, not to say the price is considered reasonable compared to other places.

We stayed in Avenue M hotel and Beletime was perfect place to do shopping find something to eat or go to the beach. Everything was close together.
This indoor playground in generally not big. Price is reasonable. But i dont think is worth to purchase the whole day pass due to the limited play area. Furthermore, there is no wifi access here. Most of the staff are on their phones
A good place to spend some time near the beach and contains all the necessary services, but rental prices have become astronomical and expensive.
Not worth for your penny. Poor service from the staff , who prepare to go back as we came at 8pm. Most of the games closed for cleaning. It should be clean before start or after close the business. Parents, get full details before pay.
Quite sad seeing stores closed and there not being a lot of people. I hope this place does a better job advertising and attracting people to stay. On a hindsight, this one mall is quite spacious, shaped like a square in the inside with a cinema at level 2. Most times, people can get the whole theatre to themselves given how few people come for movies. Anyways, outside beletime danga bay there’s also a food street and across the road the showroom and the street. I highly recommend the Chinese food street restaurant (the one that takes up two levels.) good place to go for drinks and dinner, and serves quality food!

Not well maintain. Lantai kotor, banyak permainan rosak, memang dh tak best dan tak bersih.
If you are looking for fun and affordable indoor playground for the kids, you can visit here. Situated in centre of the mall, this playground definitely would be so enjoyable for the kids. Price is affordable as kids is around RM 15 while for adults is RM 10 and duration for kids to play there for one hour. There is quite a lot of people during weekend and public holidays. Advisable to bring your own socks or you can buy it at the counter for RM6.

My kids love it. Harga berpatutan. Cumanya td nampak ada budak yg x sihat maybe kena campak or cacar..hopefully parents jgnla bawa budak x sihat ke tempat2 awam gini..
2个小时让小朋友在这里玩乐，地上都铺了方块垫，不怕跌。是挺安全，但还是要看顾好自己的孩子。
