Food was good. Service was disappointing. Waited 30 minutes at our table before anyone came and asked what we wanted for drinks or food, felt forgotten about. Every restaurant I’ve been to in Spain has included the Tax (V.A.T.) in the cost on the menu, not this restaurant. They added a 10% VAT after the meal for a party of three. Do not recommend this establishment!!!

Red flag: They added 10% to our bill for IVA! That is all the prices on the menu did not include IVA, and their online menu does not note this! When we asked out waiter about it and noted it as unacceptable, he simply walked away. Needless to say we will be filing a complaint formally.

We had to wait 20 minutes for a waiter to take our drink order and could not order directly at the bar (which we tried after waiting so long).

The food was good, but not great. A bit overpriced, but somewhat expected given the location. Overall, somewhat disappointing given the prior positive reviews, thus it did not meet a 4-star expectation.

I must say that the ambiance was breathtaking and I felt as though I was transported right into Italy. They food was delicious and felt very homemade. In addition, considering the price the quality was quite high. The terrace area is lovely as well as the indoor seating. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you ever get a craving for pizza in Valencia.
