Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Bedienung freundlich und das Ambiente toll. Wir waren an unseren drei Tagen in Berlin gleich zweimal da. Alle Gerichte sind vegan. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The place extremely overpriced compared to the service and food you receive!

We ordered kabab and shisha taouk. Kabab didnt look like kabab but meatballs. It was not delicious, neither was shisha taouk. I am from the country of best kebabs and this was by far the worst!

Waiter didnt bring bread with our orders even though it is in the menu and she said “oh I didnt know it was mentioned there. Other customers have never asked for it before”.. Come on.

We’ve tried the hummus and falafel multiple times here and the place is amazing. The falafel are freshly prepared and very crispy and tasty. The hummus is very good as well. The pita is also soft and fluffy. The staff is very welcoming and gave us some great recommendations to try out.

A good Indian restaurant in Berlin. The samosas very fresh and nicely prepared, the 3 chutneys served with the Samosa were amazing. In the main course we went with palak paneer and dal tadka. The palak paneer was nicely done and have a creamy saag curry. The paneer was tender and good. Dal tadka was good and made less oily as per our request. The tandoori roti and methi tandoori roti both were great and served hot. The staff is friendly and nice to talk to. The vibe of the place is pretty calming and amazing.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service war sehr schnell.
Nachteil ganz klar ist die fehlende Kartenzahlung.
Ich frage mich, ob diese möglich gewesen wäre, wenn ich nach einem Bewirtungsbeleg gefragt hätte - erlebt man ja leider öfters in Berlin.
Aber wenn ich wieder in der Nähe bin, komme ich definitiv wieder - einfach super lecker 🤤

This is one of the best vegan places I've eaten in the last 6 years.
I HIGHLY recommend it!

The seitan duck tasted amazing and the vegetables were cooked to perfection in the chili lemongrass sauce which was perfectly umami.
Furthermore the starters were very good especially the seaweed spring rolls.

The service was a little slow but it was quite crowded and the employees were helpful and friendly from the first moment to the last.

It was hard to find such a good falafel in Berlin - The falafel was fresh, the hummus was delicious, but not less important, the pita was outrageously good!!!!

I had tried the ghee dosa and it was pretty good. Would not recommend the utappam there. The service was very good and you can pay there with card. Will try the place once again for more of their Thalis as they looked great in the photos

Wer gern in Restaurants isst, die meist gerammelt voll sind, der ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Die angebotenen Speisen sind okay und dass man hier durch die vielen Tapas von allem mal probieren kann, vor allem wenn man mit mehreren Leuten unterwegs ist, hat natürlich seine Vorteile. Man darf sich von der Hektik im Lokal nur nicht stören lassen.

I had a terrible experience, staff not friendly at all, didn't explain the dish of the day and asked us to go out in the rain and read the sign. The food was bad, vegetables not well cooked, not tasty and very small. During lunch time most of the restaurants on that area are full, this was empty and now I get why. It's a shame because the place is cozy, I highly recommend the owner train better the staff and change the menu, Arabic food is good to be represented so poorly.

Fader Geschmack, roher Teig um den Crispy Tofu und das rote Curry schmeckt nicht nach Curry. Service ist überfordert mit kleinen nachfragen. Das Gemüse ist zerkocht, wie für ein Säugling. Schade, aber andere Restaurant können das definitiv viel besser.

Was ist das bitte für eine

Das Konzept scheint vietnamesische Küche zu sein, aber halt vegan.
Und dann auch noch mega lecker....
Wir haben uns jeweils ein paar kleinere Bowls zum probieren bestellt, ein bis zwei würden wir nicht noch ein zweites Mal bestellen. Manche waren okay, doch andere aber waren so lecker, das wir uns da hätten reinlegen können. Wirklich.
Aber bei den Bowls weißt man echt nicht, was einem erwartet.
Jedenfalls nicht, wenn man das erste Mal überhaupt dort is(s)t.
Die Kellner/innen waren alle mega freundlich, schnell und aufmerksam.
Ich war hier sicher nicht das letzte Mal.
Definitiv ein Restaurant, welches ich gern weiterempfehlen würde.

I recently dined at Vedi's, and it was an exquisite experience deserving of a 5-star review.

SERVICE: The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring our needs were met promptly.

AMBIENCE: The ambience was captivating, blending traditional and modern elements seamlessly, creating a delightful atmosphere.

FOOD: (Ordered Chicken Lababdar, Vegan Amritsari Chhole, Matter Paneer, Dal Tadka Naan) Rice was complimentary with all dishes.
Vedis exceeded my expectations with an extensive menu offering authentic Indian flavors.(Especially taste for India spice level taken care properly). Each dish showcased exceptional culinary skill and the use of quality ingredients. From aromatic curries to perfectly spiced dal tadka delights, every bite was a journey into the rich tapestry of Indian cuisine.

Overall, for me Vedis stands out not only for its delectable food but also for the warm hospitality and inviting ambience out of all Indian Restaurants I tried so far.

It’s a great place. It’s not the best sushi but for the price it’s definitely worth it!

Ich habe bei UberEats bestellt und konnte da leider nicht bewerten. Leider war das Essen sehr enttäuschend. Bemerkungen wurden leider gar nicht beachtet, was für Allergikerin sehr ungünstig ist. Die Verpackung war sehrunrpaktisch, so ist alles zermatscht und kalt angekommen. Zu den Wan Tan gab es ein leeres Soßenschälchen statt süß-sauer Soße. Sehr schade ich hätte gerne in gutes veganes Restaurant in der Nähe - vielleicht ist es im Restaurant besser.

Super leckere vegane Gerichte in klein und groß, die auch Nichtveganern (ich) schmecken.
Dazu toller und schneller Service!

Allerdings nur Barzahlung und je nach Zeit muss man darauf gefasst sein, kurz auf einen freien Tisch zu warten.

It was awesome to enjoy the foods after a hectic train journey for 6 hours. I liked the environment of the restaurant and found the stuffs with amazing hospitality and behavior. Here you can taste the proper Arabic falafel - one of the really good falafel you could get in Berlin, everything tastes fresh and original - central location - cozy atmosphere - fast and good service. Very well recommended

Food was ok, but I wouldn't go again, as there are plenty ok other better comparable places.

Auf die Schnelle was ausgefallenes essen? Dann nichts wie hin! Atmosphäre angenehm (nicht nach oben schauen, die Lampen wurden seit ihrer Installation nicht mehr geputzt), Personal sympathisch und engagiert, auf Unverträglichkeiten wurde ernsthaft eingegangen und gute Lösungen gefunden. Die hausgemachten Limonaden haben uns besonders gut geschmeckt.

Amazing brunch lot of tasty choice for very affordable every Sunday

Sowas unverschämtes habe ich ja lange nicht gesehen ! Ich habe ganz nett gefragt ob ich auf Toilette kann der Herr meinte ja und dann kam eine Dame ich denke das war die Chefin hat mit total unfreundlich NEIN gesagt. Ich habe darauf gesagt dass ich dass auch bezahlen kann weil ich ganz dringend auf Toilette muss darauf sie wieder NEIN ! Ich meine ist ja in Ordnung aber ich bin eine Dame und weit und breit gab es keine Toilette und ich meine ich bin ja kein penner oder so. Naja ich habe selber Geschäfte und ich lasse Menschen auch auf Toilette mein Gott wir sind doch alle Menschen. Naja da gehe ich niemals essen wer Menschen schon so behandelt. Traurige Welt.

Wonderful food at very reasonable prices in a cosy, relaxed ambience. Service was friendly and our waiter could not have been more accommodating with regard to dietary requirements. Even when full of diners, the restaurant feels calm and spacious. Can't recommend highly enough!

Kleine aber feine Auswahl an leckeren Gerichten. Das mit dem Bestellzettel selber schreiben ist zunächst ungewohnt aber erfüllt seinen Zweck. Die selbstgemachten Getränke sind ebenfalls sehr lecker. War ein leckeres Mittagessen mit der ganzen Familie. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wir waren hier in einer größeren Runde zu Gast. Leider kann hier nicht reserviert werden, sodass man Glück haben muss um einen Platz für mehrere Personen zu finden.

Es gibt eine große und übersichtliche Karte, wo jeder etwas finden sollte.

This falafel restaurant is a taste sensation! I had the Falafel Teller. The falafels are crisp, the hummus is delicious, as well as the couscous, and the toppings are fresh. A must-visit for falafel fans. If it's on a sunny day, I'd recommend you sit outside to enjoy the weather

Dieses Vegane Restaurant ist TOP NOTCH. Eine geniale Auswahl an Schalen vorwiegend Vietnamesisch angehaucht. Gut übersichtliches Menü! Wie Tapas zusammenstellbar bloß geiler! Preis-Leistungs
-Verhältnis -> sehr gut (10/2023). The crunchy-est Tofu sticks die ich je gegessen habe!

What else can you want in a falafel place?

Lecker. Gut gewürzte Suppe, dazu ein Ingwertee im Mittagsangebot zu fairen Preis. Freundliche Bedienung, sehr gut marinierter/gewürzter Tofu, war für uns genau das richtige an einem kalten Tag!

Very average food, not anywhere close to indian food taste, except the gravy and spices. The indian food names are kept but everything else has been changed to adapt to euro/german taste buds. Some of the food (korma) were as sweet as desert. The ambience is good and also the service is courteous. Price is reasonable (considering the current inflation).

Wir waren im Sommer zum gemeinsamen Mittagessen hier, weil wir Lust auf etwas Leichtes und Frisches hatten. Das hat dieses Lokal definitiv geliefert.
Die Auswahl ist wirklich groß, sodass eigentlich jeder etwas finden sollte. Die Portionsgrößen sind in Ordnung, geschmacklich war ich zufrieden, wobei es aber durchaus noch etwas Luft nach oben gegeben hätte. Das Gemüsetopping war super frisch, aber so ganz roh ohne eine Art von Würze, hat es etwas "langweilig" gewirkt.

Das Lokal selbst ist im Innenbereich ziemlich klein, sodass ich mich persönlich etwas unwohl gefühlt habe. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, nur mit Karte konnten wir leider nicht zahlen. Das ist auch ein Manko, das vielleicht angegangen werden könnte.

Insgesamt bin ich mit meinem Besuch dort durchaus zufrieden. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Insgesamt war ich mit dem Besuch sehr zufrieden, komme gerne wieder und kann das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen.

Realistisch sind meiner Meinung nach etwas über 4,5 von 5 möglichen Sternen.

Wir haben hier spät nachmittag gegessen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bedient. Lokal wie Toilette waren sehr sauber. Das Essen und die Getränke kamen sehr zügig. Es war super lecker!

This is a place that can easily become a go to stop for South Indian food! Really authentic South Indian food in Berlin, specially in Spandau. The food tastes exactly like any other excellent restaurant in India. Not too hard on the wallet, affordable delicious food.
The chefs are from Tamil Nadu which makes it even more authentic Chettinad cuisine.
Highly recommend this place to anyone who is craving for yummy chicken varieties.

Being vaccinated I have been showing my vaccination certificate and every time I am requested to check.
Thats just amazing to see how these people follow the rules with complete honesty!

The back area of the restaurant is a little bit casrophobic, especially in the corona times.

It took very long for the food to arrive to our table but they gave us spring rolls on the house so we won't die of hunger.

Netter Service, aber vom Essen war ich leider etwas enttäuscht. Ich hatte die vegane Ente und habe mich tierisch drauf gefreut. Optisch klasse, die krosse Panade auch. Aber das „Fleisch“ hatte eine derart künstlichen und komischen Nachgeschmack, dass ich es nicht weiter gegessen haben. Die Mochi waren leider auch nicht selbst gemacht, sondern vermutlich nur aus der Packung. Dementsprechend haben sie auch nicht sooo gut geschmeckt. Die selbstgemachte Eistee und Limonaden waren lecker und werden frisch gemixt.

WOW! Ich war zum ersten Mal in dem Laden und es hat wirklich alles gestimmt. Das Essen war so lecker, dass ich am nächsten Tag wieder überlegt hatte hin zu fahren. Ich hatte die Udon Nudeln mit Gemüse und Erdnusssauce. Zudem noch einen total leckeren Mango Lassi mit Kokos Milch. Die Bedienung war ebenfalls sehr freundlich! Ich kann den Laden wirklich nur weiter empfehlen und freue mich auf ein nächstes Mal.
