Absolutely outstanding experience at the Persian restaurant!
From the moment we stepped in, every detail exceeded our expectations. The ambiance was enchanting, the service was impeccable, and the flavors... simply divine! A culinary journey that left us speechless.
Will definitely be returning!

Delish lunch here today. Really nice outside area in the sun and loads of space inside too. Delicious meat and good veggie options too. Beef brisket bun was v oily but kinda to be expected! Super tender meat and great sides - highly recommend the raw brocolli and chips. Slaw was good but too much mint and I really like mint hahah. Charred greens were delicious too. Great service!

This place used to be the pride of Kensal Rise, Now unfortunately, the management has started employing Unexperienced careless unconcerned Staff. I had a takeaway delivered today by Uber The photograph of The platter had not resembled the delivery when I taken it back to the shop. The only thing that concerned the Asian member of staff was that I had perhaps came for a discount.. No matter what I said this gentleman was self assured he knows everything. The management (owner) needs to get professional customer caring concerning staff otherwise unfortunately this place will get zero rating.

Everything tasted slightly burnt, including the dessert. Not bad objectively, but a little disappointing considering the price (compared to what I actually ate, which wasn't much). Staff were lovely though and service was pretty quick. The venue was clean and not too loud.

Their service was woefully terrible and as unprofessional as I’ve ever seen. Their business model is based *only* on money. The junior doctor who eventually attended on me after being forgotten about for over an hour was severely embarrassed to be unable to do anything for an extremely minor issue. She no doubt went home on the tube that evening with a paltry salary whereas the bosses had caviar and champagne a-plenty in Knightsbridge. Totally appalling in EVERY single way. DISGRACEFUL. Any doctors in the management echelon should be stripped of their practising certificates. May they Spend the rest of their struck-off miserable, cold, black hearted 🖤 lives, counting their filthy lucre.

Really nice place, I would recommend! We got beef brisket (first photo - bear in mind that is two portions), wings, fries and sticky toffee. Food is delicious, staff is great and the atmosphere is fantastic. Personally I was hoping they will have more traditional American bbq food, but it is just a bbq. Very delicious, really nice, easily 5 stars

Fantastic! Enjoyed all of the food 😇 Prices are also quite good! Its a bit crammed in there, I would suggest removing some tables for comfort of the waiters.

Someone seemed to get fired in front of me. Was not a great experience but 5/5 anyways. Kitchen staff need to relax a bit in front of the guests.

So impressed with everything. Wings sauce was so unique and delicious, perfect spice. 🤤 The lamb tikka was so flavorful and tender, didn't need to use any sauce at all!
They gave me extra salad for free when I asked. Tap water also.
The biryani was beautiful and gave free daal which was so thick and lovely.
Wide variety of drinks.
They gave lots of sauces on the table which I had to try and was really yummy.

Stopped here on a whim for an early dinner after slogging through Camden Market and so glad we did. Bright, welcoming space and really friendly staff who went out of their way to make two tourists feel at home. Food (I had the braised beef cheeks, pictured) was excellent, and a decent selection of wine was on offer. Would definitely return. Oh, and there were a TON of dogs in the place later (with their owners), if that's your thing.

PSA - id recommend booking a table prior to coming as when I came there were people arriving that hadn’t booked prior that were getting turned away!

Entrance - Very discreet entrance door, if I wasn’t with someone who had been there before I probably would’ve walked past it as there’s no obvious sign - however very uniquely done - I liked it!

Food - for starters we got the grilled green peppers and chicken wings - I personally did not like the green peppers however my partner really enjoyed them.

The chicken wings portion was very good for a starter and filling, covered in crispy onions and coriander - very very nice and hot!

Mains - we got charred pork belly rib & beef brisket. - the pork belly was nice however the beef brisket was very chewy and not nice at all, very fatty & had no flavour. I could not finish this.

Sides - small fries which were nice!

Drinks - we got two glasses of coke & my partner got a rum punch, please bear in mind that when you order the rum punch (yellow drink in pics) it’s probably not what you expect and taste more like a grapefruit cocktail, I’d highly advise against ordering this if you have the generic pinkish red rum punch in mind!

They also provided water as a complimentary drink and a bowl of lemon water to wash your hands in after eating the wings which I thought was nice.

Decor - Very nice, gives a nice American feel with the BBQ pans, smell and gloomy look. Very modern!

Atmosphere - Good, very busy, everyone looked happy, it was a nice atmosphere overall. Definitely attracts a trendy crowd!

Cleanliness - Very clean and tidy, could not fault it.

Cost - £79 in total including service charge.

Customer service - all staff were extremely friendly, warm and welcoming, all had beautiful smiles on their faces. Special mention to Morgan who was more than accommodating, very friendly, beautiful and attentive. The moment we finished our drinks and meals our tables were instantly cleaned. Morgan is a good credit to this restaurant.

Overall - 7/10, food was a bit of a let down however great service & staff! Thank you smokestak 😊

Hear lot of about his place and felt a bit disappointed. Had the brisket loaded fries cost me £20 so really had my hopes up.
The brisket was tender but I didn't get that smokey flour and the chips were a little stale. The pickled chillis on top were a nice touch and broke up all the meaty taste.
For £20 not something you can eat often, BBQ is always pricey but I really didn't get that wow factor.

Excellent traditional Persian restaurant. This is the real deal. This is the one that Persian restaurants go to for dinner lol But seriously if you haven't been then you are in for a treat. Make sure to book a table as it can get rather busy in the evenings.

I had the salad olvie for starter with bread, followed by Sultani Chello Kabab. Sultani translates to Royalty. So its basically saying that the meal is fit for royalty.

I recently tried out this amazing beef brisket restaurant called Holy Smokes. Travelling all the way from WEST YORKSHIRE. Let me tell you, it was a mouthwatering experience and I was not DISAPPOINTED! The brisket DELIVERED incredibly tender and juicy, with a perfect smoky flavor that just melted in my mouth. The portion size was generous, and the meat was cooked to perfection. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a delicious meal with friends or family. The coffee sauce is to DIE for!

I highly recommend trying out "Holy Smokes" if you're a fan of beef brisket. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! 🍖🔥

Very mixed feelings about this one. Staff are friendly and the starter was perfect for the second time. Naan bread also excellent. That's the extent of the praise.

The curry was mediocre, lacking any complexity in flavour, notwithstanding they served me the wrong curry until I enquired which one they'd brought. However, the worst offender, by far, was the rice.

To say the rice was split is an understatement; it was so soft and overcooked it had shattered into a thousand fragments. Bland, overcooked, watery, grainy; nothing like one would expect from any self-respecting curry house. And for that reason alone, I don't expect to return.

I was just visiting a flat in Kensal Rise, at lunch time, and decided to stop to eat. Stumbled at this lovely little turkish restaurant and omg, the best mix kebab I've eaten recently (and I am a kebab addict). Absolutely delicious, perfect flavours, spices and the staff is simply the kindest. I have food allergies and they made sure to assure me I was getting my dish 100% safely. I hope the house deal goes ahead, since I will become a regular. PERFECT! I wish I could give 10 stars!

This is the best burger I have literally ever had this is not an understatement. Very secluded so unless you know about this place you won’t know! MUST TRY PEOPLE! Thank you to the very friendly staff for your very very very delicious food! Yummiest ever!

Me and my friend came in, we were fasting and they took so long to serve us and the place only had one more family, so it wasn’t even busy. We called so many times telling them we’re ready to order but they took forever to come so we broke our fast late. Also I found hair on my food, which made it worse however they did give a replacement. The food was average and also we asked for a takeaway box and the waiter didn’t understand so someone else had to give us a takeaway box. Overall not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing London kebab, great service and great value. Delicious food and not greasy at all. Was busy when I visited but could eat in, great pricing and one of the best fattest kebabs I've had in London in a decade. Hungry.... Get in here now!

Atmosphere goes beyond aesthetics sometimes. Definitely has that east London special atmosphere. The food was just as described. Divine. Won’t find better smoked brisket at this price. The coffee BBQ sauce complimented the Brisket loaded fries, chilli smash burger. Can’t go wrong with either. Had to go back for more brisket after finishing my first portion of the loaded fries

The star of the show, the koobideh, presented a generous portion that was both lengthy and substantial. However, the rice portion fell short, leaving me to rely on bread to complete the meal- always a bad sign as an Iranian! I just ordered the main dish with no sides included. A more ample serving of rice would have been appreciated.

It’s my first time and Definitely my last, I ordered one plate to share for two and one mix grill.
The food was very very very BAD the meat was old and cooked from before and they just reheated it.

The salad was off, am very very disappointed and I definitely not recommend it to anyone to eat from this place

The kebab is ok, the prices are crazy and they keep increasing them. Yeah, I know that you can't find cheaper in this area but in Hackney, for example, kebabs are 30% cheaper for the same quality even though Hackney is generally a more expensive area. I wouldn't recommend to buy kebabs anywhere around here.

I love the vibe of this little pub. The staff are super friendly and it's clean. They do good food, and cocktails. ££ The only thing is that the crust of the pizza was incredibly thin and not very nice..... They also got our vegan pizza order wrong 😅 I had a lovely Shirley Temple non alcoholic cocktail here.

Excellent American style BBQ joint. We had the brisket bun, the mid rib sandwich and the mac & cheese triangles. All of which was excellent.

The portion sizes here are substantial (we ended up having some for lunch the next day).

The only downside for some people will be that it's in a railway arch, surrounded by other businesses (catering and the like) and with a couple of tables and benches out front. I like this kind of place, but some people don't.

It was awesome food (fatosh/ houms/ keba/ shawarma) I forgot to take a pic because I was starving, Turkish coffee was good too, service was great - special thanks to OMAR. Sure I’ll go back 👌🏻

Had Turkish and Persian breakfast. £7/8 each. Quite similar. Turkish one came with sausages and Persian with some nuts and no meat.
Other things on the plate I had no idea what they were but reminded me of Moroccan breakfast. Some sort of cheese, honey, baked flatbread, eggs.
The place is quiet, no music but pleasant.

Came here again few days ago. Got a mixed grill platter, was delicious! Shared with a friend a much needed feast after a good cycling session. Full of flavour, enjoyed the meal masha’Allah. Thank you. 🙏🏽

Came here with a few friends, we got a variety of different things. I got the doner - was ok. The special wings was really nice, the sauce it was coated with was packed with flavour. We got a few to share amongst us.

Service was great and food came out fairly quick. Good seating available downstairs.

Stumbled upon this place after getting on the wrong bus during a recent trip to London. So get we did. Visted a lunchtime, had the most delicious lamb kebab on the spit I've ever had. Rice was fluffy and tasted lovely. Great size portions too. Staff were lovely. Wish we lived closer as this would definitely be a regular.

Writing this review while still in the restaurant. This was my first time trying Persian food and this was the best first experience.

Ordered the rainbow rice and Zahra's special chicken. The flavours just explode. This is underrated comfort food. Crispy rice, tender beef, colourful plates. Everything is perfect.

The dishes are priced very, very well. Whilst you may be paying £19 for one dish, it easily feeds two.

They have a drinks deal Monday to Friday, 5-9, buy 2 get 1 free on cocktails.

The best Persian restaurant. We had our daughter birthday. The owner and amazing staff here gave the most comfortable and fantastic service to make a memorable night for my seven year old and our guests. Thank you very much Kish restaurants management.

If you’re looking for atmosphere on a Monday night then maybe this isn’t the place … but it was a Monday night in January, so I can’t possibly criticise the atmosphere.

Food is good. Liked Kibbah and Lebanese bread stuffed with minced meat. Mixed grill is also good. Service is poor. Have to ask same thing number of times before I can get one.

My takeaway was on 31/12/23 so very few people dining in at that time so can’t speak to the atmosphere and table service but the food was very good (erring on the less spicy/heat side but plenty of flavour).

Proper barbecue joint! A hidden gem if you're east London based. Short ribs 10/10 super tender, smoky and matched perfectly with the pickles. The brisket bun was loaded with meat, super juicy and the chillies were a nice touch. Overall great portions and quality meat. Would highly recommend. The atmosphere not great at all unfortunately but it's definitely worth a visit! Loved it!

This is one of the best burgers I've had, and I've had burgers in quite a few countries :) Lush pit master beef. There's not much place to sit and Dine but you can eat in your car or takeaway they pack.it reallywell. It's a bit in an industrial background but worth the visit ..Will certainly revisit.

It's not a restaurant though, it's an order and take away for the most part. Three picnic tables outside if they are free. Definitely worth the trip!

Quality bespoke brasserie, awesomeness is in the food and charm of the hosts. Wonderful venue for a quick bite just a stones throw from Primrose Hill.

This is a lovely, traditional pub with a bit of history.
It is split on 2 levels with the main area dominated by an island bar. There is also a few tables outside and a quirky beer garden with colourful umbrellas providing limited shelter. There is also a picture of a young girl and a lion that is rumoured to be a Banksy!
We visited on a lovely, sunny Sunday and were keen to get an outside table or one in the beer garden. Although the pub was busy we were given a table in the beer garden after a short wait 😀
There is good selection of beers, spirits and cocktails.
The food was excellent - my Seafood Linguine was absolutely brilliant with lots of mussels and tasty, succulent prawns.
I can honestly say that it was better than any similar dish that I've had in any restaurant! Definitely a gastropub 😀

I love this restaurant and so happy it’s close to my house I love decor the people are lovely and the food super good. Great value I highly recommend it. If this restaurant was in the west end it would easily be double the price the quality superb. The choice of the food that google asked me to recommend below was no reflection on the fine food that is served here.

I’m traveling from the U.S. and noticed several days worth of my prescription medication went missing from my hotel room. I was so relieved to find London Doctors Clinic nearby. I was able to make a next day appointment online. Dr. Taylor Law was so kind and understanding and wrote me a prescription to get me through the rest of my trip. There was a pharmacy nearby and I was able to get my prescription filled right away. Thank you for the wonderful service!

This is a terrible clinic. Made a booking and turned up 15 minutes prior to appointment but was unable to enter building. No communication between security and the clinic upstairs. Was not able to get to my appointment and left. When asking for a refund, I was even told that my booking cannot be found even though I paid for it upfront and got SMS confirmation. Don't waste your time with the Canary wharf clinic. The Clinic now refuses to refund me even though no service was provided and I was not able to go upstairs. Worst experience ever with any GP in London.

Atmosphere was great with nice mellow music. Decor was great. Food was reasonably priced and big portions. Taste was authentic Turkish. Missing a few main Turkish dishes like Lamb Ribs and Lamb Mince Pizza. Overall service was good. Would recommend this local to all.
