I had the best experience with what I think is the manager of the shop whilst returning a perfume. She was so helpful and kind and I just wanted to say thank you again for being so helpful towards me. I’ll definitely be shopping there again!
(I meant to write this Christmas time but I completely forgot)

. I have returned at store in crawley on 21st Jan and called many times customer service and email so many times until now I have not received my refund ..I am very disappointed again .. on 8th Feb customer service Lady told me that you will get refund in 48 hour but didn't get any thing, then again I email on 10th Feb and got reply you will get refund in 5 days .. today is 14th I called and lady said you will get in 5 days ...

Again lady asked me today have you returned your free gift with purchase .. they dont believe us ...

I don't belive this is ridiculous and not acceptable behaviour. I have very bad experiance with this company which has very bad customer service team. 😕

very sad and very stressful ... until now I have not received my money back . I called again yesterday and they said you have not returned free gift thats why refund is not done.. which is absolutely disaster and she shut call on my face ....

Please don't go to this shop ever again ...

I needed to get some more solid shampoo and conditioner. The two I bought smell divine and add a real experience to my morning shower.

My daughter had her birthday party in the Lush shop. The staff were amazing. Thank you. She had a lovely time. 😍

I was drawn in today by the wonderful ad campaign against conversion 'therapy', homophobia and transphobia.

Clean presentable friendly staffed store with an easy to navigate layout with a selection of products. Priced fairly and reasonably but just a tad on the small size. Overall good experience to browse and consider Christmas gifts in approaching months.

I had a great experience in here today, the staff were so helpful. Caitlin checked each bath bomb to see if I would have a reaction due to being allergic to roses and recommended bath bombs that would fit. Also got a free bath bomb as it was word bath bomb day which was a bonus. Lovely staff.

Whenever I go to Lush Crawley I always feel very welcome. Hayley has served me a few times and is so professional and knowledgeable. She really is an asset to the company. I will definitely be going back in there soon.

My daughter had a voucher for her birthday so was really excited to come in to your store to choose a bath bomb or two. Both Danny & his colleague (sorry we didn't catch her name) were so lovely & patient while she asked about/looked at many products. I don't often leave reviews, but the service we received was so brilliant I felt I needed to! We look forward to visiting again soon! Plus the rainbow bubble bar is going down very well at bath time!

This is by far the best Lush store I have ever visited. The staff are what make it amazing! I go in on my days off, even if I'm just there to look at and smell everything, I always have a chat with the staff. On my most recent visit I was given a demonstration of modfather and it smelt amazing. I was also shown a lovely bath cocktail and purchased 4 bath oils to make my own. The store may be smaller than some I've visited, but it's definitely my favourite.
