I visited on March 30th, 2024, to purchase a coat for my son. The customer service provided by Christina was exceptional. She was polite and incredibly helpful.
Over priced badly run shop ,sales assistants generally don't give a toss and spend more time chatting than serving . Security staff at best over zealous and rude. This shop deserves to fail. And be warned never give refunds. Once they have your money this greedy retailer keeps it. Horrible pretentious place. Avoid if you value customer service and your hard earned money.
