The most horrific experience in Prague bar scene. Prices like at fine dining/drinking restaurant, service like in typical Czech hospoda 🥴
Have been there twice, first time we were lucky enough to get cocktails, but honestly they were either way too sweet or way too sour, so much effort in garnish, but zero effort in cocktail’s taste, flavour and spirits used. Meh. The service was terrible, but I was hoping that it was an exception, maybe it was too busy, maybe she had a rough day, we’re all humans.
Well…don’t believe in a coincidence 😬⬇️
Second time was invited to a girls night out, we were waiting for half an hour for service to notice us, atmosphere is more of a music club vibe, not a cocktail bar, when we finally get to order the waitress was rather unpleasant and, let’s be honest, didn’t give a damn. She left without completing our order to talk to her colleagues, meanwhile we made a right decision and left too.
Complete waste of time.

Such a great place with such awful service. Hostess’s approach was really unfriendly. Smiling and making people feel welcomed are definitely not her strengths. She was also not willing to give us another table when we kindly asked to be relocated (there were a couple of empty tables for the whole time we stayed there). Even worse was the waiter’s (the oldest of them) attitude. He doesn’t speak English (rather strange for a hotel of such format). Thankfully, I speak Czech. They didn’t have any alternative milk, which automatically reduces the options of people with dietary restrictions. Very odd. I had a feeling that the waiter was mocking us for asking for lactose-free milk, making it look like it was something unusual or non-existent in a coffee industry. It was not my first time at Casablanca Bar. On my first visit we were served by the same man and I thought that it was just my imagination or a wrong opinion. But he really is arrogant and unpleasant. And I wouldn’t come there again.
