The worst place ever, we wanted to buy something to use the toilet and the lady was so unrespectful we bought a caffe di crema for 5 euro it was so small. Everyone was so rude and after one purchase 1 person can use the toilet they did not even let my little sister to go in. For 5 euro 1 person can use the toilet.
Uno spritz a 9 euro con due arachidi non l 'ho pagato neanche al grattacielo di New York. Pessimo il sevizio, non lo consiglio.

Lavoro in un bar, passo quando stacco il turno di sera/notte a prendere qualcosa al volo e vado via, questa recensione è tutta per il ragazzo giovane e il signore che stanno dietro al bancone per la loro gentilezza e educazione. Complimenti.
Fantastic Gelato and great service! Loved the taste compared to other "higher rated" places. Got 2 scoops for the small size and it was reasonably priced. Will be back!

Tried to go in here the other night with friends, 2 male staff were very rude unfortunately. Politely asked if they were still open and serving as it was 00:15, one of them shouted at me WHAT DO YOU THINK!! while the other laughed at me and said no. However can see they are open till 1:00am so unsure why they lied. Left and went to the ice cream place across the street who were very nice and welcoming. Walked past half an hour later and they were still open but it was just the two men stood chatting and laughing, and ignoring customers.
Go here for the best Gelato in Rome. Seriously. We had this at least 6 times in a week. It's so good! Covered containers. No crazy unnatural colors. Hands down the best!

Gelato was very average, but the crazy thing was how rude the lady at the counter was. I asked if I could try one flavour (ONLY ONE) before choosing my gelato and she said "absolutely not". Yeah, alright. Fair enough. Must be their policy, I thought.
However she then said "there aren't any shops in Rome where you can try gelato since covid".
What a load of rubbish: I was laughing so hard. I then answered to her: "you don't need to justify yourself, but DO NOT lie to me. I've been in over 10 gelato shops in Rome during my stay over and nobody, except you, refused a little trial"
In addition, she must hate her life so much: not a smile, not a warming welcome, worst customer service ever.
Shops like this one should definitely not exist.

Bad service. The employee asked me for cash and got mad that I didn’t have any change. Also the cappuccinos were just pure milk and he charged 10 euros for 3 (3.33 per cappuccino??) with no receipt

definitely one of the best i've had in roma even tho its a bit commercial in front of the fontana! a bit expensive but totally worth it! staff was friendly even tho i came a bit late and they seem to be tired.

Lots of variety of gelato and very friendly staff.
I ordered a small gelato, which included two scoops. One scoop of dark chocolate and one scoop of cookies n cream. Excellent quality and great flavors. The attendant was kind and helpful. Price was reasonable, cost €3 for a small. Not much space for seating inside.
We've been in Italy for one month and have eaten gelato almost every day. This is the best we've had anywhere, and we've been to Naples, Sorrento, Venice, Bologna, Florence, Pissa, and Lucca. If in Rome, you must go here!
Have you ever experienced the pairing of dark chocolate and passion fruit? It's an extraordinary treat that delights and surprises the palate—a burst of flavor like no other. When you visit, it's an absolute must-try.
The flavors weren't bad but they particularly do not standout either. The pistachio flavor felt a bit saltier than I expected, and while the banana flavor was enjoyable, it wasn't especially unique. Overall, it was a good experience, but not one that necessarily lives up to the hype.
The only reason I gave one star is too be able to leave my review. I wasn’t even given an opportunity to eat the gelato because the owner physically assaulted me. Let me back up.
While on a tour, our tour guide gave us a break to get a snack & use WC. He pointed to a few restaurants in the Palazzo and gave 10 minutes. He said the shops allow it.
We chose this gelato shop because it looked delicious. We asked the attendant behind the counter we could use the WC the. Come back to order.
While waiting, the door slammed open and shoved one of our group into the corner, behind the door several times on purpose!
Then this tiny old woman (I presumed to be the owner) appears and says “flura flura flura) while grabbing my wrist and digging her fingers in deep!
She proceeded to drag me out of the gelato shop. Very violent & angry.
I returned the next evening to show her what she did to me. I found her sound asleep on a stool. I showed her workers and an elderly man who I presume to be her husband the bruise she left on my wrist. They did not look surprised but did look disappointed.
Then the old woman woke up and saw me.
I asked her if she remembered me. Pointing to my face & my wrist.
She looked bewildered.
I’m guessing she may have dementia and serious anger issue.
What ever the reason, she should not be allowed to treat people like that.

Leggendo le vecchie recensioni negative, deduco che vi sono state piu' gestioni passate, poiche' nel 2019 si chiamava "Bar Mezzaluna" di cui e' rimasta l'insegna, nel 2020 "Bar Aurelia 20" oggi "Bar Marconi 22 SRL.
Ottime vetrine espositive per il cibo, non manca nulla; dalla 1' colazione ai dolci, che voto dare se non 5 stelle in tutto, anche nella Gentilezza ed Educazione del personale. Nota su mia richiesta di avere carta e penna il ragazzo soddisfavala mia richiesta, dopo avermi fatto lo scontrino.

Flor was the best gelato we had during our 4 days trip to Rome! We've got Venchi in Singapore and I always thought it was good, but Flor was so much better!! Wished we had a chance to enjoy it again but our itinerary did not allow it. Must try when in Rome!!

Mango ice cream was nice and the men who serviced us was lovely. However, we sat down to eat our ice cream and the old lady who is the owner pointed in our faces and told the guys to kick us out. If you don’t want customers to sit down then don’t have table and chairs. She was so rude and deserves no custom. Would not return.
Great ice cream shop by fontana di trevi to have good Italian ice cream, many flavors, creamy, tasty and in good amounts, can have a cone or a cup in different sizes and number of scoops. They also sell crepes. Service was nice although not the best I had in Rome. You definitively have to try the pistachio one!!
Very tasty gelato with big portions. I got it on the cone and the cone was delicious as well. The price was okay for that area since it’s very touristic.
There are a lot of places to try gelato around Trevi Fountain, Gelateria Valentino is probably as good as any of them. We stopped by here recently and very much enjoyed a 3 scoop (coffee, chocolate and pistachio). All were very good, coffee was our favourite here. Would be happy to try Gelateria Valentino again the next time we are nearby.
L' ideale per uno spuntino veloce tra una visita e l'altra. Gelati e dolci avevano un aspetto molto invitante... io ho preso una pizza ed era buona. C'è la possibilità di consumare seduti a dei tavolini: nonostante sia piuttosto affollato, in genere il posto si trova, perché si tratta di pasti veloci. Bagno pulito e fornito di tutto quello che serve
Very tasty Tiramisu and Limoncello ice creams large portions of this deserts was amazing near Fontanna di Trevi. I recommend this spot! Delicious ice cream for 3€
after reading all the bad reviews all i can say is that it was the only free of tourists bar at the time i got here. great customer service. the old lady cashier was super friendly.
Small and overpriced.Definitely not gelato but more as ice cream and when to pay, I gave a note of €10 to the lady cashier and waited for the change but the lady initially refused rudely as was over the phone and I tried to explain that the price is half of it as per the ticket. It took 5 minutes to sort this issue out as she didn't mind to pay any attention to her customer, not a pleasant experience.
Amazing gelato. Pistachio and Nutella is one of the best I’ve had in all ITA. Sorbets are crazy good too. A Must have.

OK there us usually a bit of a wait as it's right next to a tourist hot spot but it's worth it.
Gelato tastes amazing and the portion sizes are very generous.

It's a hoax. To avoid! A robbery. We asked for an ice-cream with 2 flavors, they came with big cups, made us order something to drink and never told us the price, which has nowhere to be seen. We paid 34 euros for 2 icecreams and a sprite. Furthermore they didn't even give us the receipt, they wrote the bill with a pen on a piece of paper. We felt completely robbed. And there was nothing comfortable, it was not clean. So 1 is the best review we can give.
Locale grande fornitissimo posizione comodissima, di passaggio, vicino alla Metro. Ha tutto, pizzeria, pasticceria, colazione, aperitivi, tabacchi. Sempre aperto.

We came to Flor multiple times during our stay in Rome because the gelato was just that good. Authentic Italian and at a good price (medium cone with two flavours cost 4€). Our top flavours include cheese and figs, crunchy cherry, and hazelnut.
The ice cream was delicious, and really fruity. The young men serving were polite and helpful.
However the old lady at the till refused to allow me to use the restroom, despite the fact that I had sat and eaten in the cafe. She was beyond offensive: flapping her hands in my face, and she basically took my money and threw me out of the shop.

They asked for extra services tax that I had to pay cash, because we stayed inside to have some ice cream. This was on top of the standard coperto that was on the receipt, written by hand on top of the total amount. I had to pay extra 15 euros, a rip off. Avoid it.
Servizio Lento, svogliato e maleducato. Il cassiere ti manda dall'unico che serve alla clientela, che serve solo chi mangia li facendo aspettare chi deve portare via. Per soli due minion un prezzo esagerato.Sconsigliato.

various gastrointestinal issues followed my stay at this institution, reminded me of my struggles with chlamydia back in 1983, that was a wild summer when I vacationed in mexico my buddy eric was truly going off the deep end around that time I remember he was arrested when we got back on august 17 for something called "statutory" which to this day I do not understand the meaning of.

Owner was friendly, handsome and very accommodating. His gelato is home-made and you can taste what you paid for.
Passato questa mattina per 2 caffè da asporto e 2 bottiglie di acqua 50 ml dal costo esiguo di euro 1.50!! Il ragazzo addetto al banco è stato mandato a fare qualche servizio dalla (presumo) titolare con il risultato che io ed altri clienti abbiamo dovuto aspettare non poco per essere serviti... Mai più!!
Impresionante. Heladería con poquitos sabores pero todos caseros. Además, con opciones de base de agua que no están hechos con leche como el mío que era de mango y frutos del bosque. Los otros eran vainilla y pistacho.
The flavors were by far 5/5! The dark chocolate and chunky cherry are a must have! I also got the custard flavor which was really good! The texture of the ice cream however is more 3/5. You can see in my picture the cherry was melting on top and sliding all over the place so I had to eat it way faster than I was hoping. Other than that the care they put into the cone looking good was 5/5 on most people I may have just been the exception

Bonnes glaces, bien crémeuses, par contre l'hygiène de la serveuse est à revoir : pas de gants, masque mal ajusté et elle touchait du produit nettoyant juste avant de nous servir. Il aurait été appréciable qu'elle se lave les mains ou qu'elle mette des gants pour toucher les cornets qui finissent...dans nos bouches. Je confirme également ce que j'ai vu quelques commentaires plus bas concernant les particules de glaçons.
Edit suite à la réponse du responsable : je vous remercie pour votre retour mais je regrette malheureusement de ne pas avoir vu de masque FFP2 portée par la serveuse. Concernant vos glaces elles étaient en effet crémeuses et contenaient certains morceaux de glace, l'un n'empêche pas l'autre. Nous étions venus car la notation de 4.7 au global nous paraissait très bonne, et je n'avais pas lu le détail des commentaires avant de laisser le mien. C'est ainsi que j'y ai vu des similitudes. Mystère résolu!

Small Gelateria that is well situated in the heart of Rome in a vibrant neighborhood. They serve high quality ice creams and they are all very tasty!
Panna Cotta ok. Jedoch bei der Bestellung aufpassen. Wir hatten eine Portion bestellt, was ich auch extra mehrfach betonte und das Personal sagte in normalem englisch dass alles verstanden ist. Dann kamen doch zwei Portionen zu recht teuren Preisen.

Glutenfreie panna cotta
3 spritz e 2 gingerini pochissime noccioline e poche patatine ed un bicchiere di spritz appiccicoso, e neanche un tovagliolo (portatoci dopo per asciugare/pulire il bicchiere appiccicoso) a 28€ dove si è mai visto un servizio del genere.

Das was au der Speisekarte angeboten und ausgepreist ist entspricht nicht der Realität, sondern sind Fantasiepreise! Genau schauen, welche Preise bei der Bestellung notiert werden! Absolute Abzocke, wieder allgemein in dieser Gegend Roms, schade!
Sehr leckere Pizzen gehabt. Die Kassiererin war freundlich und hat sich bemüht uns zu erklären, was auf den Pizzen drauf ist - da die Auswahl groß war. Es gibt auch Süßes zu kaufen (Gebackenes). Und eine Toilette gab es auch.
Haben angeblich keine Toilette und sind sehr unfreundlich
