Absolutely abysmal customer service. Myself and my partner went there to get a fragrance for his birthday and had to wait for half an hour to be served when customer advisors were standing around doing nothing. The “host” named David Is rude and had other who came after us be served before us. Other than that when someone did come to help us there was no smile and didn’t make you feel welcome at the store. After purchasing our fragrance I wanted a sample of another fragrance I’m considering getting and without me even saying which one I wanted a sample of as soon as I said the word sample was said she straight away said “I have none”. This was after we had already purchased one already. Their engraving machine also “didn’t work” coincidently and told us to go engrave it in another store.

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced especially from such a niche brand and reputable company. This is not the experience someone wants or expect me when they enter a Louis Vuitton store.

I also want to point out that other LV stores I’ve visited in London such as the Bond Street, selfridges and Bank store have been 100 times better so there seriously needs some looking/investigation been done on this store especially seeing the other negative reviews too.

Very helpful staff when I needed the advice and help! I look forward to going there again. P.s the Fendi shaped biscuits are delicious.

Tragic slow service! While only several customers in the shop the shop assistants try to look busy chatting to each other. The reception lady probably does not know what smile is. Extremely long waiting time. No wish to be assistive. Seeing so many bad reviews management probably does not care to much. Well done !

The atmosphere is very snobbish. I arrived looking for a belt that I couldn't get at another department store as it was out of stock. When I arrived, there were plenty of staff members who weren't busy and yet I wasn't asked if I needed help once, instead staff acted as though they couldn't see me. I then had to approach a staff member who didn't look as though she could be bothered to serve me not sure as to why, i'm assuming I didn't fit the aesthetic.The interaction was unpleasant and not friendly at all, because of this I wouldn't return to this store and buy anything. I would go as far as to say I wouldn't buy online either as its evident that they only like a particular type of person shopping with them.

The women's department for Lous Vuitton is absolutely dreadful. The saving grace is the men's department. I received the best care from an associate named Olive, who went above and beyond. I'd shop here just to interact with her, truly a charm.

Umais was outstanding. He helped my wife and I make the perfect purchase. She's in love with her bag and I can only thank Umais for the outstanding customer service. Thanks for everything and for being an amazing associate at LV Harrods. Hope to visit you soon.

The staff is rude, Security guard is stupid. I picked up a bag and he told me to put it down which is fine. I just go to a different Louis Vuitton and buy it.

So happy to return here , Jordan and his team truly give amazing customer service . Always a nice selection of things , and staff will easily order in if what you want isn’t there .

I had a very positive experience with Emmanuel at Gucci in Harrods at Shoe Heaven. Attentive, informative and great knowledge of the brand and its heritage. I was indecisive and he made the whole experience fun.

So, I have been many times in Harrods but never interacted with the Luis Vuitton team. Yesterday I visited the shop just so I can see if I can get a sample of the Ombre Nomade to bring to a friend of mine in Bulgaria where they dont have stores. I was really considering to buy it and get a free sample with the order for him to test and then return it if my friend doesnt really like it. Something they do offer. However I though its a bid of a hustle to buy it and then return so I asked if there is a way to buy a sample. I was happy to spend £20 on it just to avoid the need to return the product if needed. I always hate to return products, it maybe just me. Sadly the ladies with the scarfs at the reg had no simpathy and didn't think outside the box :) Maybe they were strict with the policies, I dont know. They were polite overall. I wish they had at least one store in Bulgaria or Romania. I give three stars for the location in London, the beautiful shop, the availability to try the products and that they are using Bulgarian roses for the parfumes. I do wish they had at least one store in Bulgaria or Romania for people to enjoy shopping.

Always wanted to get my dad a new wallet and since they have been touring the UK, we dropped by Harrods. We were in disbelief how poor the customer service was in the Men's section when we were enquiring for a product and the SA of different descent was very rude to me. The customer service was so poor compared to how I was served in Selfridges Birmingham wherein the SA took time to email me a couple of days after I purchased a hand bag to thank me and offered that I can reach out when I wanted to buy something again. This is probably the worst experience I have had as I have shopped from Dior and Hermes before where customer service was top notch.

Harrods is a large luxury department store where I bought 3 pieces from the well-known Gucci.

Alessia Stabile from Gucci London Harrods Kids was very helpful and fast. Loved the experience.

Jessie from Gucci Ladies was extremely nice she gave me lots of options and she was smiling the whole time.

We walked in, found what we was looking for however we stood waiting for someone to serve us or at least acknowledge us for nearly 10 minutes. The staff seemed far more interested in standing and talking to each other and laughing and joking.
When we finally got acknowledged the staff member didn’t even approach us and stood looking at us. He then sent a colleague as he clearly didn’t want to help or serve us.
Would definitely expect better service when spending this kind of money, next time we will be visiting the main store rather than dealing with the staff appointed by Harrods who clearly lacked enthusiasm and care.
