Ich habe leider eine sehr durchwachsen Erfahrung in diesem Store gemacht. Die Produkte kenne und schätze ich sehr, den Kundenservice jedoch normalerweise auch. Letzteres hat mir hier allerdings gefehlt. Wir wurden direkt beim eintreten gefragt was wir hier denn wollen (nach dem Motto:,,Sie können sich hier eh nichts leisten). Das gesamte Erlebnis mit der Verkäuferin war leider nicht sehr prickelnd, weswegen ich leider nur noch nie schlechte Bewertung abgeben kann.

I visited the store to purchase a few items, and I was pleased with the friendly staffs and the absence of a long queue at the entrance. In particular, Miss Guo stood out for her exceptional accommodation and assistance, contributing to an excellent shopping experience. I extend my gratitude to Miss Guo for her outstanding service.

My wife wanted popular Gucci shoes which were sold out everywhere. The customer service rep put us in contact with Gucci in Düsseldorf and they helped us out tremendously. The sales advisor, named Arina, was very communicative and reserved both sizes for us to come and try on. She was very helpful and made my wife feel relaxed and comfortable with her choices.10/10 would definitely recommend Arina to help you out.

Gucci Dusseldorf very BAD SERVICE , THE SALES PERSON DO T WANT TO WORK AND DO T WANT TO SELL WAITING ON THE DOOR FOR 15 MINUTS AND NOBODY COME TO GUIDE YOU ON THE SHOP … AMAZING. HOW THSR IS POSSIBLE , I am a worldwide client of Gucci and this was a first for me . I THINK ALL THE STAFF SHOULD BE REPLACED . Regards
