I love shopping from Prada because they are one of the few brands here in Qatar treats you as professional as luxurious brand should be.

Just a tip: it is better to pop to the store between morning to afternoon “before 3 pm”

I love Pochette Métis- it’s my all time favourite crossbody. Not too big, not too small, and the interior organization is a bonus. I am thrilled with both the product and the overall shopping experience. The store provided exceptional customer service special mention to Douha she is amazing and lovely, she ensured a smooth transaction from start to finish. As for the bag itself, it's absolutely stunning and of the highest quality. The craftsmanship is impeccable, and the design is both elegant and functional. I highly recommend both the Louis Vuitton Pochette Metis Reverse and this store to anyone looking for luxury goods and excellent service.

Total Scam! The worst experience ever! I never bought your LV items from this store. Trust me , I learned the hard way.

I came on November 21st and saw an item (moon bag). I liked it, and they immediately asked me to pay and offered to settle in Cash because it was more beneficial for me. I thought that they were considering my best interest.

It turns out that after I leave the store and go to my gate, I check that the conversion rate is different, and it pisses me off.

I returned to the store and was handled by their manager, Mohammad, but unfortunately, he was no help. He even blamed my bank; if I pay with a credit card, my bank will charge more. Again, he doesn't offer me any solution.

I lost almost 400 euros for nothing! And there’s no solution for me. Hopeless!

Here’s what is bugging me: Their store is in Doha, Qatar, but the return policy didn't apply in their store. Only exchange is possible. It's so funny because their store is still in Qatar, right?
