I received a Cabata purse for Mother's Day. Within 2 months the strap to wristlet came off (if I had to put it in laymen's terms the nuts and bolts that hold the strap to the wristlet came off). On my repair form it says allow 2-4 weeks turnaround for standard repairs. The manager calls me back today (10/30/24 after multiple calls) to inform me that my product is at their repair facility in New York. In four days this boutique would have my product for 3 months. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me the wristlet is made to stay in the purse to hold a phone or keys; not to be used outside of the purse. Sir that purse is over $1,000. I can wear it around my neck if I wanted to. Needless to say that will be my last Louboutin purchase and definitely not in that boutique.

Cool options for clients . Staff was cool ..

The quality of Christian Louboutin has gone down. I bought 2 pairs of shoes from here, recently, that broke and frayed. Shoes I’ve worn less than 10 times each. Nordstroms return policy doesn’t apply at their boutique. I’ve been a Nordstrom client for 15 years, but not any longer. Don’t buy anything from Louboutin or Nordstrom north park.
