Been a resident of this building for 13 months, and I’ve had water leakage issues for 2 out of those 13 months, in separate instances, with no guarantee that this won’t happen again. The super and building staff are great but the owner/operator is not.
I moved in at the beginning of August, and it’s been great so far. Doormen are super courteous and helpful. Building is quiet as well. Great location too!
Shout out to Isaac from the leasing team, who facilitated the fastest application/move-in process ever (1-2 days!). I was very impressed by Isaac’s speed and professionalism with this process, which was super helpful for my move in timeline.
