Great Building! The most modern building in EU! Respect for the Architect/Designer. Entry only with a card or as a guest. The Berlin skyline view from the rooftop balcony is awesome! Sip a cold one! Cheers.
The brand new building of OMA / Rem Koolhaas in town has been recently finished ( october 2020). The concept was to unite the different media company’s into one open space. From the outside it might looks like a closed cube, but the inside is a void surrounded by terraces. The natural light get through huge glass corners. The roof top has a green terrace.
