Made enquiry on the website via the chat feature, was given an automated reply saying call a tel number. Called the number was told by the lady I should call the "local operator". Asked for contact details for the "local operator" was told they cant give out this information over the phone. Asked the lady who / what is the local operator. She put me on hold then came back to me and said just contact the local operator, I asked again who is this and how do I contact this local operator, she then hung up on me.

I commend the Nigeria High Commission for a job well done, my experience was different from what I have been hearing I went on the 7th of March for my biometric spent just 2 hours it was a wow situation and my passport got to Edinburgh the following day even while I was still in London.

The one downside of it is the waiting outside in the cold weather it could have been pouring down rain too not a good experience standing in the cold.

Also people need to be aware of some people using the opportunity to defraud their fellow Nigerians the system has improved so do not pay anyone for anything because they won’t do anything but defraud you.
