Poor service on Pelago. Was supposed to get tickets for the event and I got only my 2 adults tickets with NO kids tickets. Absolutely horrendous. Unable to get a HUMAN to respond to my messages on WA and email is barely answered.
Left my holiday in shambles because I ended up waiting outside the park for a child ticket with my child.

Great place and animals, but working culture in some departments worst ever, ridiculously bad (based on few yrs ago). Even the snakes n crocodiles behave better than some of the leaders.

Mandai wildlife reserve is destroying the wild and the animals!!!! Don’t believe the false reviews that you are seeing. They are gaming the reviews.
Mandai wildlife doesn’t even deserve a one star.
Please do not waste your money and time to go there.
Tickets are overpriced and oversold! Mandai wildlife reserve just wants to make money instead of protecting the wild.
The staff’s walkie talkie voice volume is maximised! Everything is chaos! People are shouting, and talking loudly. Really pity the animals.

There were about 15 of 40 seaters buses bringing people in apart from people driving in and taking taxi in. Just imagine the number of people were in the night safari.

This was supposed to be my first time visiting the zoo during my birthday. But I think I will never be interested to seeing it anymore. Sorry, but I think the reschedule policy shouldn’t be so strict because anything can happen to anyone. Since this is just a reschedule and not a cancellation. I lost my money for nothing. 😢
A place nice for food and shopping
Love the Mandai Wildlife More and more! Other then the usual feedings, there are quite a few Keeper Talks. Introductions to the different animals around eg African elephant husk, Leopard’s skull, Snake’s skin (all are able to touch) etc. The new Kidz world is very refreshing but my kids preferred the old water playground. Even after so many years, my family still enjoyed the Splash Safari!!
The zoo was good. Animals were nearby. But our whole day spoiled because of rain. Atleast they should allow us on alternative day or something. Or create proper shelter of something happens like this.
Awesome for a whole day trip. Night safari is worth the wait.
Fantastic place. Haven't been there for 24 years and came with two visitors and a child. The kid really enjoyed the place. Service was impeccable. They are very warm and friendly and can I give you easily as they will connect with the animals. The not only take care of the animals. We also take care of humans. Must go visit .

Last year Dec 2023 my UOB visa card was misuse with daily multiples transactions by Facebook Ads and I understand there are many visa holder encountered the same issue.
I myself had question Facebook for months on these illegal transactions but not answer was given.
As I need to continue place my Facebook Ads for my business and would also hope and request the Bank and now your Visa to have a special function to protect the Visa consumers by haveing a "Credit limit for Security Reason For Online Merchant(s)" that had monthly subscription fee!
This is also save the trouble of having illegal transactions done by the Merchant(s) without the consumer notice! Indirectly it will also help the Bank or Visa in future.

Regrettably, my experience with this travel visa agency was far from satisfactory. Their lack of communication left me in the dark about the status of my application, leading to unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Furthermore, their disregard for timelines resulted in significant delays, disrupting my travel plans. Overall, I cannot recommend their services based on my disappointing encounter.
Absolutely atrocious service from this travel visa agency. They made promises they couldn't keep, delayed processing my visa application without any explanation, and were impossible to reach when I needed assistance. Save yourself the headache and avoid this incompetent agency at all costs
This travel visa agency was a total letdown. They were slow, unresponsive, and made the whole process a nightmare. Don't waste your time or money here
To people that want to do business in airline house canteen, suppliers is not easy to access, pass office always having issues every 3 months.
Do take noted about the rental here is no longer cheap. Equipment not easy to enter but at the same time not easy to move out. Customer base sometime is good but during any special public holiday & specially every Friday not much customers. Do take noted.

Adventure, great and fun place for family and friends. A must visit place for who loves nature and wildlife.
공항 근처에 있는 사무실 건물동인데... 접근은 못하지만 건물들이 편하게 일할 수 있게 모여있습니다.
Good food at SATs canteen. Nice and cheap. Portion is for 1.25 pax. Nasi Sambal Goreng, Nasi Rawon, Nasi Jerangan consists of sambal sotong, begedil, paru, sambal belacan, tempeh+++ only @ $4.50. Must try. Recommended. Worth price.
