People you have to know !!!
For a few weeks I bought one dress in Bershka Stuttgart and getting this WITHOUT a label. So yesterday I bring the dress back with receipt but they didn't accept it. The seller talk to another person in a foreign language, which I didn't understand. After they said I could change this dress just with other clothes, but I didn't understand why and I said no. So the seller said I should explain, why I want to give the dress back. After I explained, they said in a rude way, that I have to take it and they ll not accept without a label. I took it to home and in night I call to Bershka Stuttgart and explain this situation, the manager on phone said to me politely that I HAVE right to give it back, so I should come tomorrow again and they will take the dress and give me money. Today I went second time extra 25km to the shop, how the guy said to me. But again they didn't accept. I explained everything but they didn't listen to me.
I will never buy again in Bershka Stuttgart. So impolite and so unfair!
