Made my day worse today the guy name khalid in that garage,All other staff is always very friendly,but that guy is absolutely idiot,miss behaved, violent....coffee machine was not working properly, i told him he said is what it is ,i said no,it's not ,he said leave the door ,i said why ,even he took the other stuff from the staff and said get out ,what a idiot guy,i said i will complain he goes do what ever you want 🙄

Been using this garage 5 years not happened this before .....may be will not go there again

The free from items are very hard to get a hold of in this store and they don't stock rotate properly. Such a let down.

Will never shop at this store ever again, pallets left in every isle meaning you can't get to the shelves and you can get to the shelves there usually empty, most of the staff are rude and seem miserable, then there's the creepy security guards who spend most of their time looking at females and there backsides, and chatting them up, dont let your wifes, partners and daughters shop alone here, and watch out for the guy at the checkouts.

Absolutely ridiculous place, they never have space to send parcel. Always rude when trying to collect something. Can’t understand why yodel keep using them as parcel shop, completely useless as they not doing what they supposed to

Used to do 2 for £10 on ecigs but now covered the price up and charge £5.99 each, so went elsewhere as nearly all shops do 2 for £10, drinks are always expensive here

Great Petrol Station, with small Shop and most of all Yodel Drop-Off. It's so handy . Staff are friendly and helpful.

This service station has since been demolished, and is being rebuilt as an improved version. I don't know when it will be finished.

They tried to charge me more than what was on the ticket for chocolate.
Then checked it when I said it wasn't that price then turned the ticket over.

Didn’t even want to give 1 star! This place is ran in a disgusting way! Miss charged me! So why do I get £99 fine saying I drove away without paying!!! Never use this service again anyone! Stay away I am not the first to have this treatment!!!

Bought a lamb joint from here and even though it was just about in date (which I discovered once I brought it home) it smelt off and stunk out the house. It put me off eating it, so, that was money wasted. I won't trust the raw meat from there again.

I will never go here again, filled up with fuel went to pay and was completely ignored, I was speaking to the person behind the counter and didn’t get a single response, even when leaving, totally ignorant, doesn’t take much to respond to somebody saying good morning, spending money and saying bye, even a thank you would have been something

AVOID if you want to send a parcel with yodel. Extremely rude member of staff called Rizwan. Online it advertises that this is the local yodel store to send and return parcels. It also says there is a printer in store. I have been to the store to send a parcel on 4 separate occasions. Each time this particular member of staff says the yodel machine is not working. He does not even turn it on. I asked for him to show me the error page so I could take a picture to explain to my customer why I have been unable to post their parcel on numerous occasions. He refuses to do so. I contacted yodel and they advised there has been no issues with the machine or printer and no logged issues with any signal errors. It appears he just cannot be bothered to switch it on and accept any parcels. Also noticed this is ongoing as numerous 1* reviews with similar comments

Tried to pay be card. Their machine wouldn't have it. Another customer was having the same problem. They suggested we get cash out from the ATM. Yeah, and charge us £1.99 for access to our own money. The ATM wouldn't work at all for me. The other guy had to try about 6 times before it paid him. Will never use this place again. As a result of all the faffing about, I clocked in late for work, and will be docked pay. It is always regularly the most expensive petrol station in Stockport.

Beware the automated car wash.
Washed my car with the ultimate programme and it scratched the vehicle in the process. Despite following their complaints process, and chasing this over the last three months, I had to turn up in store today for the store manager to advise they had rejected the claim (no idea in what grounds as still not letter). Apparently they had informed me about this, no idea how. Now taking this via ADR or failing that small claims court.
Apparently i am not the only customer who has had this issue of late. Buyer beware.

Staff are lovely and friendly. Always make a good conversation at the till which let’s be honest it’s no good if you go the supermarket and don’t have a chat with the cashier. Just makes your trip that much better and easier.

Pretty good stock for when you’re in the area — but not quite as good as the one in Stockport town centre

Bought a full tank of fuel and 1l bottle of oil from here. No space to park so pulled out and into side road. Opened bottle and rather than oil it was filled with water. Walked back round and presented it to manager. Got accused of putting water in myself. Even told i went home and filled it with water. The assistant said it was just 1 minute since sale and showed manager the reciept. He still came round to check my engine oil level with was just below minimum. Customer service on level of Fawlty Towers. shocking. Avoid this station!

Used delivery service throughout the pandemic, drivers always friendly and on time 10/10 to them. Unfortunately, one driver hit our car, parked outside, in March. They were very apologetic and left their name and store details.
Tried ringing the managers number given to us throughout the day but it just rang out. Tried ringing the store, only to hear an automated message "due to Covid our phone lines are out of use". I never knew Covid also infected phonelines.
Ended up going through my insurance, which cost me £200 excess. Still haven't got it back as of July because they won't respond to my insurance companies letters/emails.
Luckily I have pictures and a witness. Could just do without the hassle.

Update: finally paid out in November 2021 just before the pending court date.

Staff are rute, often trying to serve you as soon as you walk in the door your pump price is shouted at you. Items are over priced along with the fuel, there is a Morrisons and asda petrol station under 2 miles away. Would rather use either of them.

Always visit this petrol station/supermarket at least twice a week, food a little expensive but the staff are fantastic, always helpful and assist with anything I need. Pumps are always immaculate and clean unlike other petrol stations I visit. Keep it up
