Lifts lack protection and already have foot marks, premises are unkempt, and parking cellars are filled with debris. Prestige Tranquil in kokapet has been one of the projects I have visited. I was impressed because of all the amenities and the way the whole project is structured. I am a real estate consultant and I would definitely recommend this property to any and all of my acquaintances. One of the most striking features is that schools, IT hubs, hospital and every other necessary places are nearby. Well, it is only a short drive from the airport and is also well connected to the outer ring road. My suggestion is that if you are considering purchasing a property, Prestige Tranquil is the best choice for you!
While the sales team is good and I purchased the flat. The rest of the staff (CRM Team) never responds on time. I completed all of my payments now I see there is no proper and timely response from staff on registration and wrong TDS computations and inspection of the flat. Had to follow-up multiple times with them. Not something I experienced while I had dues pending. Looks like all dues cleared , they are not bothered about my concerns.
This properties located in Kokapet gold mine road. Properties is located in very premium location. Also opposite of this property one big temple is going to be developed.
