From the minute we walked up to the front door until we left, we were treated exceptionally well. The concierge and front desk staff are helpful and courteous. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I had a view of the working shipyard that was impressive both day and night.

If you can possibly arrange it, take advantage of the hotel tour that provides information you won't find anywhere else.

The proximity to the Titanic Museum is an added bonus.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and they were all lovely. Room was spotless, I can't fault anything and would highly recommend this hotel. Perfect location, just a stones throw from the museum. The restoration of the building is fantastic, with plenty of its original features and there is lots of information for guests to read. They do an amazing Baileys coffee at the bar too, the best I've ever tasted! Loved my stay here, thank you.

Sensitive and brilliant re-working of the H & W Drawing Offices and Admin block overlooking the Titanic Experience and associated slipways. Excellent location for exploring the Titanic Quarter in detail and within walking distance (30 mins or so) of the City Centre. A 'high-five' and 'Well Done' to all involved in this superb re-purposing of some great heritage buildings.

Amazing experience here at the hotel! If you want the full titanic experience you will love it. The design of the hotel was stunning. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious and dinner was perfect. You couldn’t be in a better location!

The only unfortunate aspect was we didn’t have a view over the harbour. The shower was quite weak and the bed was so soft you fell in to the middle.

However, I would highly recommend the experience of it.
