WORST BANk! Waited for 3 hrs juts to get a bank statement. Can’t wait any further! Avoid this bank at all cost! I hope the government will Not deposit thru this bank!

Very poor banking system! Waited for 4 hours just to close an account! THEY ARE MIXING ME ON NEW ACCOUNT QUEUE. IT TAKES A LOT OF TIME FOR THEM TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. THEY JUST WAIT UNTIL THE PERSON IS DONE FILLING UP A LOT OF FORMS. Worst.

This bank needs to update their banking system. I waited for almost 3 hours. Poor customer service. Very disappointed and frustrated. I have been waiting here since forever.
