The receptionist would be one of the most inhumane person you’d ever meet. Dont come here, you deserve to be treat like a human being and what they offer here

The Doctor Manijeh Hasanzadeh in this clinic is an expert physician with expertise knowledge and she is so kind to patients. I appreciate her work and honor has she as my family doctor.

The receptionist can be occasionally indifferent, but overall, they're quite nice. On the other hand, Dr. Shakib is an exceptionally professional and caring family physician who has been taking care of us for six years since we migrated here. He consistently addresses our health concerns and prescribes appropriate medications. Dr. Shakib creates an open environment where I can discuss mental health problems without judgment. He prioritizes treating underlying health issues first, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care.

Super rude doctor I do not recommend it anybody this place

Super rude doctor... right before I was billed, the doctor came in and asked me what's wrong.. He told me to go away, go away, and he doesn't want to treat me..

My husband has many health issues and Dr. Vo is so gracious to call us and discuss the lab result,, even if the result is normal he would still call and say" nothing to worry today, your result is fine".... 4 days before our flight my foot got infected and I couldn't walk, I went to my previous Dr, who prescribed me something but had worsen the infection, then I tried to visit Dr.
Vo for the first time, he told me " take this, if you still cannot walk by tomorrow, come back here before going to the airport, but I am sure you won't come here tomorrow" sure enough, after the first dose, I could slowly stand. At Pearson I used the wheelchair and after a 21 hr flight I walked out of the airport walking....the meds that Dr.Vo prescribed was so effective .He is sharp and quick to diagnose.

Disgusting people, disgusting service. I was told they would not accept anyone with a cough. Despicable behavior for a walk in clinic, that suddenly switched to being appointment only and refuses service for a VISIBLY SICK individual. If the owner is reading this, who do you help if not the sick?!?

I went there to book an appointment. The door was locked! A lady unlocked the door and told me I could book an appointment by calling their phone number. I told her “Why I need to call you, I’m already here.” She said because of she was very busy 🙂. That was so ridiculus!
I called them in a minute in their parking lot and the same lady answered me on the phone and after she asked me my birth day she told me I need to come for registration to the clinic next day I said I was already in their parking lot. And why she didn’t do that when I was in the clinic? She told me She didn’t know I was a new patient. I told her “You didn’t ask me” like a joke !!! Of course I did not book an appointment with them.

I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. I would give them zero point if I had a chance. It is 1:30 now and front desk lady told me that they are closed due to over reservations. It says they close 4 pm and walk in clinic!

Please cut the receptionist some slack. She works with a terrible person, which is the Chinese doctor who has a NASTY attitude. That is probably why she is always frustrated cuz I'd hate my life too if I had to work with him.

I was trying to explain my illness to him, and he KEPT interrupting me the ENTIRE time, and claimed I changed my story when I did not. He just has terrible listening skills. I don't know how he still has his license but please do not provide this clinic business. He is unprofessional, rude and the most disgusting doctor that works there. Save yourself the time and energy and go elsewhere unless you want to be spoken down to and misdiagnosed.

I feel sorry for Persians/Iranian newcomers who got stuck to doctors like ALIREZA SHAKIB just because he is Farsi speaking man.

از صمیم قلبم همدردی میکنم با ایرانیان تازه واردی که به اجیار بخاطر دسترسی اسان و زبان فارسی مجبور میشن چنین دکتر غیر حرفه ایی و بی ادبی رو انتخاب کنن. ایشون اصلاً اخلاق حرفه ایی ندارن و متاسفانه منشی های بسیار خشن و بی ادبی هم همراه خودشون کردن. شرم اوره
