Very bad service. Go another clinic

Very good experience with the doctor at the clinic. Did blood test, which is very cheap! (Starts with 50rm) And the doctor is very helpful in explaining my results! Thanks!

Such a pleasant experience to get a consultation from Dr Nimrid. Good service and would highly recommend. She is going extra mile when she even came and ask if I require medication even after I have finished consulted her. Their staff are also decent and helpful.

Best klinik

As a clinic, quite expensive compared to others. Last time they only charged around RM60-80. They charged me RM130 just now even just a fever. The doctor didn’t give me a very detail checkup and just give me the medicine. Besides, they don’t provide me the mc even though I have requested it from the doctor. The doctor and the counter side seem like didn’t trust me and think that I just want to cheat MC. I’m very disappointed.

On 28 02 2024 I went to ng dan singh at 2135hrs kampung terantangI meet the malay doctor cause got sore throat, fever and bad cough. No covid test done. I request medical leave on 28 and 29 as working night shift erl putrajaya. But he only gave one day on 28. How to recover in a day meet doctor at 2145hrs. . Best think I ask where is my mc. To n urnse when taking medicine. He took mc signature and keep asides. Malay guys nurse. Please observe around 2152hrs. On cctv. I told why u never give mc and now only he give. This is second time happen to me.

Last time i bring my son come visit an indian lady doctor. The medicine she gave me is very great.

My son eat n sleep with no problem and get back to healthy very fast.

But today i met a very young chinese guy doctoe said what not suppose give a baby eat medicine, cause they dont know how to breath so onk(kids should only take medicine after age2) ... So i was not happy, if so then why theres history record prove my son took ur clinic medicine and recover so fast? And i dont wish to keep running in and out to klinik for emergency or middle or midnight.

He dont know how heart pain of a mother watching own kids sick cannot eat cannot sleep just because of sickness....

In the end got open antibiotics and very mild flu ans cough medicine. Hopefully able cure my little boy.

This klinik is always best choice for me as their medicine always cure my daughter and son. Except today a young chinese guy told me that child before age2 should not rake medicine... This word cannot accept by me.

I only want my kids live in peace, not suffer day n night.

Not recommend, first and last datang . Doktor sombong , cara jawab tak mesra . Muka ketat macam kita datang minta sedekah. Even doktor klinik/hospital kerajaan layan jauh lebih mesra . Sorry but not sorry . Worst experience ever .👎 Sedih . Mood anda mempengaruhi mood orang lain juga .

Professional and friendly doctor. Staff and pharmacist also very humble and the explaination for medicine very clear thus easy to understand. My first choice clinic because the hospitality and service is superb. Have done covid test before and the result is appropriate👍🏻.

Always come here as the doctors are very nice, professional and caring. Staff and pharmacist also very good. They always provide fast service and I do not need to wait long to see doctor or waiting for medicine. Having had a numbers of visit here for myself and my kids, overall good service and very recommended.

3 star rating for the doctor who worked on the night shift on 03/11/2023 he’s very good in consulting the patients. I cut off the 2 stars because of the charges and staffs there.. I went there around 10:30pm they gave 4 medicines and charged RM150. I was so surprised. The staffs said charges like that Bcos it’s night. And also the receipt they gave manually. We can’t see how much they charge for the consultation and medications. Clinic can bill a patient but don’t do overcharge which is not fair to the patients. Please change the billing system and receipt too. I have experience in the clinic field.. If you dont know how to give printed receipt then no worries I also can teach you how to do it.

Mahal gila! Adik saya pegi sebab batuk shaja.. jumpa doktor 10 minit, bil sampai rm130!! Tak termasuk mc sebab memang adik saya cuti. Terpaksa pergi sebab perlukan antibiotik yang tak boleh beli difarmasi. Memang kena fikir panjang kalau nak pegi lain kali.

Kerja sgt slow! Xde org pum slow! Bayangkan dtg sebb demam i kena tggu 30min utk jumpa doc. Walapum masa tu 1 org shaja sbelum sya. Then kena tgu lagi 50 mnt utk amik ubat! Wasting lot of time!!! Dont come here!

Doctor and staff okey. 4 ubat dah 100+ harga dia. Dah lama tak ke klinik tak tahu harga tu berbaloi ke tak. Yg penting jumpa doc tak kene tunggu lama2. Terima kasih servis semua 😊. Puas hati. Report on 5 April 2022.
