Alhamdulillah servis terbaik disini lebih2 lagi doktor2 smua lemah lembut dan baik sgt2. Dah 5x repeat servis dengan klinik aurora so far servis cepat, moden dan tiptop. Recommended 👍🏻

Appointment with doctor went smoothly. Dah pergi klinik aurora beberapa kali utk pregnancy punya check up, sangat puas hati dengan layanan dr semua. Masa menunggu pun tak lama. Klinik selesa. Thank you 😊

The queue here is usually more than 1.5hours long with 15 people ahead of you.

Saya baru balik dari menerima rawatan dari klinik ini..Dan layanan dari nurse yang dispense ubat dan bayaran itu sangat kurang ajar..semasa pembayaran saya ingin menggunakan kad debit..tapi disebabkan sistem cimb bank yang tergendala saya tidak dapat menggunakan kad tersebut..patut ke nurse tu tanya soalan yang bagi saya agak kurang ajar..tak da duit ke???perlu ke sampai untuk mencela patient sebegitu rupa???Hanya disebabkan oleh masalah teknikal..begitu sinis ya..last and forever I visit this klinik.. please baiki service..

Visited this clinic few years back and didn’t have good impression. But decided to visit this clinic once again and Dr Woo is seriously so good!

layanan yang sangat memuaskan , staff and doctor semua baik baik and sabar layan patient . baby taknak tunjuk muka doc suruh pusing pusing dulu and sanggup tunggu sampai nak nampak baby tapi baby yang malu malu but isokay . overall service dari clinic ni memang padu insyaallah will repeat next time ❤️

worst clinic ever. consultant tak sampai 5mins and kena charge rm55? and literally the doctor just pegang leher taksampai 10 saat nak check condition. then dia kata nak bagi ubat tahan sakit. and i cakapla ubat tahan sakit ada dah just bagi muscle relaxant jela and he had the audacity cakap 'bistu datang sini nak apa?' orang nak tahu bengkak ke terseliuh ke and pegang leher saja terus cakap bagi ubat and thats all????

If google review can got -star i will give it -100 star. What a unprofessional doctor you are. Pervious i come this clinic i feel okay. After i meet this Dr. Chong second times i feel very disappointed. I will never go with this clinic again.

The case is like this, i'm having a sore throat that might getting worse, then i sure will have fever in the midnight or getting worse. So i went to this clinic to have a fever medicine or thing before getting worse. After i knw today is Dr. Chong on duty. i knw she sure say something like i would no give any medicine or antibiotics, coz your boby no need, u must let your own boby recovery yourself. Yes, the thing is happen, i ask for fever medicine or any antibiotics since i cant tahan and abit mau start fever like that. she refuse to me and say no need, i wont give u.(i understand she wont give me antibiotics coz i'm still fine on this moment).

I try my best to explain to her, i need at least fever medicine coz i might coz fever in the midnight or i hope that can recover faster also. And i also remind back her again, last time she refuse to giving me fever medicine i really fever in the midnight and feel hopeless. And this is how she say to me: "You listen what i'm saying, this is because yr body is recovering so that u no need take this kind of medicine, u should take 1/2 week rest so that yr boby can recovery itself. " when she say like this i feel hopeless and disappointed coz totally no trying to listen on me, she using her own professional telling me human no need take medicine u can recover by our boby. I feel im the joker in clinic and consultation with nothing.

The worst part is coming, after give up. she say i will give u some pain killer medicine, and another 2 medicine(i duno what is that). and charge me RM80. End up, i fever in the midnight and getting worse in the morning i have no choice to see another doctor coz i didnt have fever medicine. i show the doctor what Dr. chong gv me medicine. The doctor ask me why u having fever and she refuse to gv u, and also why she giving u "STERIODS" medicine (that medicine will hurt or kill our kidneys), i say i duno, and she ask me to finish it all. My new doctor ask me to stop all she gave me de medicine.

So this Dr Chong really is the worse doctor ever, You want my boby recover it self. But u give me "steriods" that kills my own boby kidneys and refuse to give me fever medicine. What the doctor u r. If i can tahan and let my boby recover what the point i got clinic see doctor and take medicine. U really though people go find u for chitchat geh.

Honestly been a long while since ive found such a good doctor / clinic around. Very patient and kind towards patients. Asking questions to make sure ure treated well rather than (others) just lookimg at u and prescribing medicines. Love it here! Kind doctor with genuine hearts to cure parients.

I bring my father to ng lee pudu around 8pm today to he has having viral fever for 3 days thanks to Dr Phan he quickly check my father n treat him in proper way. He also have give him drip and also injection.the nurses also was very help full. Dr Phan even wait till my father drip to finish even his shift was over. The security guard also was very help .surely will recommend This klinik to my other family members .

Rude and so ignorant Dr.Hong and not follow patients requirements. I waiting so long but the consultation time is so fast. She is so impatient towards patients and no empathy. Please go to another clinic i have such a bad experience here. This clinic doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Who wants to get sick and queue to see doctor and eat medicine leh? But when I do get sick I will come to this clinic and try to queue for Dr Don. Dr Don is very empathetic, soft-spoken and always share his knowledge and explain at your level and not condescending.

The other doctor Dr Jickson is not bad but maybe not as kind and knowledgeable (just my personal opinion here). If you have the usual cough, flu, fever then can just see him/other attending doctors if all you want is just MC and medicine. However if you are here for other conditions perhaps it’s okay to just wait awhile more for Dr Don.

As for nurses, generally I feel they are alright and while they may not be your top-notch service personnel, they are courteous. And they would answer the phone when I called the clinic lol.

I hope people understand that this is only one of few clinics available for such a huge and congested residences in Bukit Jalil, and plus it’s one of those with good reviews (plus it’s also one of the panel clinics). So, it is expected to have high volume of patients every day. I feel it’s more manageable if I go in the afternoon/evening. At least it’s in the bustling shop lots area so you can have a light meal/drink nearby first while waiting.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!
They did not ask me about my symptoms until the last minute and told me to get myself tested for covid because I had a fever.
They did not examine me, just gave me medicine and today's MC.
I ended up going to another clinic.
I went to the clinic and they told me I had an otitis externa.
I don't think this clinic will cure me.

Absolutely horrible experience doctor was very rude ! And when told he was rude said he didn’t care hes a doctor not a business man . I would never recommend this clinic maybe his just racist other wise is was a very bad experience here .

Dr.Vikneswaran was extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in detail. Their expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the consultation and the facility was well maintained.

The staff's friendliness and the doctors' expertise are key factors in providing quality healthcare. A clean and well-maintained environment also contributes to a professional and calming atmosphere.

Perhaps the worse nurses and front desk workers I've ever experienced so never again. The service made you feel like you get scolded by the 4 nurses throughout, including rude behavior, not answering question.
I was using a medical card and asked for itemised bill, one elderly Indian nurse replied "we panel, we cannot give!" then I asked how much was the charges, "dont know, nanti bill baru boleh tahu!" (Which I always get my itemized bill on the spot for other panel clinics I visited)

Also, no parking, I toured for 4 rounds, as there were many car workshops around, the clinic doesnt even bother to rent a car park when operate in this kind of location.

p/s: Doctor is a locum on weekday working hours

The nurse was extremely rude to us, asking questions and making comments in a very rude tone. The prices informed through a call for a basic check-up package was also different when we were there. Horrible experience overall

I had the worst experience with the doctor (Dr Hong Peiyi). She did everything in rush and was impatient. The consultation was super quick, it took less than a minute. No advice on how to reduce the pain and symptoms at all. It seems like she does not care about her patients. Even worse, she charged me RM82. It was not worth it. Please do better at your job, Doctor Hong. Treat your patients genuinely.

Always my go-to clinic, Dr Don is very good, patient, very well in explanation. I have been visiting his clinic for more than 10 years. The waiting queue is very long. Do expect a waiting time around 1 hour. Nearby got a lot restaurants that we can go to while waiting.

Most worst experience ever. Only Cash payment allowed. Don't even have QR or using card pay to complete the payment transaction. Please upgrade. Not everyone will have cash to standby all the time.

Came for Jaundice check up only but waited for 1 hour. Long hours on weekend. (Sunday). Many patient.

Not ease for parking at this area due to people from Pavilion Bukit Jalil parked and cross bridge to the mall.

Very satisfied with the doctor's service but not to the front desk staff.

Bad experience, take a queue number at 1pm till 3.30pm still my number not be call. This clinic of flow of workflow is not effecient. If you need spend for 2 - 3 hours is better go to the gov hospital.

Unfriendly and arrogant doctors. Sometimes, the replacement dr is even better than them. Not recommended to visit this clinic unless no choice.

Visited for my overseas medical clearance and immunization. Dr Woo is vert friendly and helpful. She did not rush to finish the consultation, took her time to explain and offer advise. Clinical layout is clean sleek and bright. Good experience overall.

Have been the patient for 7 years already and Dr Jitson and Dr Don is very helpful and very knowledgeable. He is always caring for me and also my families.

Kudos to them and a very recommended place to visit if you're sick.

Had a pleasant experience during my visit with Dr Vicknes’ consultation. He is very friendly and helpful. He patiently explains any questions that you have.

However, the Dr is not always around in the early mornings due to his other commitments. He may only arrive any time between 9.30-10.30am. The nurse/receptionist advised to come at 11am to guarantee that the doctor is in.

A suggestion: maybe the person answering WhatsApp questions can give a disclaimer that the doctor will arrive later than expected in the mornings? Because I was quite disappointed when I was told to come at 10am, but when I arrived, I was told that the Dr won’t be in till 10.30am.

Overall, it’s good, just be sure to come after 11am then you’ll be able to see the Dr.

Dr. Chong is a good doctor, very polite, a nice person, explain the description of the disease, and also clinic staff very kind

8点50分就到了，可是我带我婆婆来 不能站太久 柜台那个小姐看了看 你也不会开门给我们进去坐着等，要我们站在外面，她的态度也是相当的不友善，像欠她钱

9点30等到12.18分都还没到我们...又不是什么名牌医生却要等那么久...这样等分分钟去政府医院都比你们快...

每次等都需要很长的时间等待，虽然医生很细心看病。但柜台的客服人员很没有礼貌，我只是打电话过去问等下几点过来会需要等很久吗？那位小姐就是语气极不好的说道 现在也有6/7个人 我不知道你要等多久才到你啊 这种素质还真是绝了

从小看到大，现在连孩子生病都是过去看！何医生还是一样那么美和温柔咯！😍
