I met Carolina today at Christian Dior who showed me around the store and she was kind enough to give me and my mum a detailed explanation of the display that was absolutely beautiful! I had a lovely time here and will definitely come back

The atmosphere is very snobbish. I arrived looking for a belt that I couldn't get at another department store as it was out of stock. When I arrived, there were plenty of staff members who weren't busy and yet I wasn't asked if I needed help once, instead staff acted as though they couldn't see me. I then had to approach a staff member who didn't look as though she could be bothered to serve me not sure as to why, i'm assuming I didn't fit the aesthetic.The interaction was unpleasant and not friendly at all, because of this I wouldn't return to this store and buy anything. I would go as far as to say I wouldn't buy online either as its evident that they only like a particular type of person shopping with them.

Muito amáveis, atenciosos. Atendimento de excelente qualidade. E claro que fui somente para buscar uma encomenda para minha patroa. Mas em nenhum momento me trataram com desprezo . O que infelizmente acontece com outras marcas. Parabéns vcs tem uma grande equipe.

Makeup assistant treated me like I'm stupid because I was puzzling over a lipstick colour (it wasn't bad, just wasn't as I expected on my skin tone) and then left like I was wasting her time? No offer of help or anything, weird experience.

So happy to return here , Jordan and his team truly give amazing customer service . Always a nice selection of things , and staff will easily order in if what you want isn’t there .

The lady in the store Cynthia, Knightsbridge store, was great and really helped me. Very nice experience.

The staff tried to gaslight me into buying a smaller size even though I said that I wanted oversize and they gave me a used, torn bag to put my purchases in

Alessia Stabile from Gucci London Harrods Kids was very helpful and fast. Loved the experience.

Jessie from Gucci Ladies was extremely nice she gave me lots of options and she was smiling the whole time.

I wanna report a terrible behavior in this corner, I asked for a price while I was on my phone cuz the item was not for me, my boyfriend was with me and heard the sales associates started mocking me. And I also realized they were also staring at me… I left and didn’t buy what I wanted. It’s the first time that I see a horrible customer service at Dior…
