This is an older shopping mall that's found quite near to a number of hotels and commercial establishments.

While it may have been overshadowed by the newer malls, there are enough places here for short stays. There is a Bigg's, a 1st Colonial, a Graceland, a DJC, and an adjacent Four Seasons.

The mall itself is clean enough, and cool enough but definitely showing its age. Unfortunately, lots of vacant retail spaces which affects the general atmosphere.

Great for local needs,
Department Of Foriegn Affair in Region 5, and other Local Government office inside the Mall…

A Nagueno here, Kapag nacompare ko sa SM naga, maraming food and clothes branches kaysa sa SM Naga, mas malawak ang space at non-stop shopping ka talaga dito hahaha (ubos pera dito haha). Pero suggest ko lang if meron Map touch screen like sa SM moa minsan kasi naliligaw kapag tourist ka.

This place is quite busy and most likely have what you’re looking for. I found cold cuts and salami in the LCC store in this mall. Has great views of the majestic Mayon Volcano.

I was at your store this afternoon, 10th May between 2pm-3pm.While I was at the cashier, I noticed two cashiers laughing, and im not sure if they are laughing at me. additionally, the cashier who assisted me was very rude. When she gave me my shopping items, she did so with only one hand and without facing me, while she was talking to other cashier. I would like to suggest that the management train your staff not to laugh while serving customers, as it can be offensive. I felt confused because the cashier wasn't facing me, and I wasn't sure if she had finished serving me or not.

Very low price and convinince to groceries

The feeling that you are the one who made the purchase and then the cashier is still angry,frowning and doesn't know how to approach is very dissappointing ❗❗❗ If you guys have a problem personally, don't bring it to work, especially maricar❗learn to smile at costumer❗

A to-go-to place whenever I want to buy cheap things, very helpful especially to students that saves money.! Very Recommended!

Need some improvements, renovations to attract more shoppers

This used to be a place where you can buy things at a cheaper price but it's no longer like that these days. Expensive na rin sa yashano

Staffs were accommodating, approachable, and friendly. Wheelchair-accessible also. Customer service is great. From appliances to foods, they are almost complete with everything you need to an affordable price.

THIS MALL SUCKS!
SOME CLERKS AND STAFF ARE JUST CHATTING INSTEAD OF HELPING COSTUMERS. WHEN HELPING, THEY DO TALK A LOT THAT IS WHY THEY DO THE TASK SO SLOW. IT IS SO IRRITATING! SOME COSTUMERS HAVE OTHER BUSINESS TOO, SO INCONSIDERATE OF THEM. ALSO, I BOUGHT A TOY CAR THAT HAS TO BE TESTED SO I ASK THE CASHIER TO TEST IT BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THE TESTING AREA IS NOT BE DONE IN THE CASHIER AND WE NEED TO BUY IT BEFORE TESTING , LIKE DOES IT MAKE SENSE? SO WE TRIED IT BUT IT IS NOT WORKING SO WE CHANGED IT TO ANOTHER TOY AND THE CASHIER ASK ME FOR THE MONEY LEFT THAT MADE ME CONFUSE. THEY SAID THAT THEY DON'T REFUND ITEMS THAT MAKE ME ANGRY CAUSE FIRST OF ALL THEY SHOULD SELL THINGS THAT CAN BE USE AND DON'T HAVE DAMAGE AT ALL. THEY ALSO HAS THIS SIGNAGE "Damage mo, bayad mo" BUT THOSE ITEMS HAVE ALREADY DAMAGES. THIS MALL IS A TOTAL SCAM! IF YOU WANT ITEMS THAT ARE CHEAP, GO VISIT THIS BUT OVERALL FROM MY EXPERIENCE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS 101 SHOPPING MALL!

Day 1 of DTI 5 Christmas Bazaar. Attending as one of the Exhibitors of Agrarian Beneficiries Organizations' (ARBO) products'

One stop place for all pasalubong need. They have some items which can be great value for money. They also have abacca made products that is sold 3 for 100. Good for gifting as well.

Überschaubares Einkaufscenter. Aber vollkommen ausreichendes Angebot an Stores und Restaurants.
Unaufdringliches und ruhiges Ambiente.

Grosses Einkaufszentrum. Das grösste in der Provinz Albay.

Lots of pasalubong to choose from.

We used to dislike this place years ago due to insufficient air cooling. We're happy to note that it's recently improved its air conditioning. Our favorite store is that yummee cafe with great value coffee and other beverages. If you're lucky, you can enjoy your coffee while listening to talented buskers performing just outside of the cafe.

Schönes Einkaufszentrum.

This is a good shopping center. It gets crowded when there are events in Legazpi City like Magayon festival or Ibalong festival or when there are visitors like actors and actresses. This is at the city center, walking distance from UST-Legazpi Peñaranda campus or Tanchauling College, or from St. Jude Parish and St. Raphael parish. There are good choices of restaurants from the 1st to 3rd floor.
The movie house is really good compared to SM City Legazpi's. The LCC department store and supermarket are attached to it, so it is very convenient to do the shopping here.
At the 4th floor or rooftop, you can enjoy the majestic view of Mayon Volcano (when the whether permits 😅).

Bescheiden wenn man andere am kennt

It's a nice mall. It's big and air conditioned and has quite a large number of restaurants and shops. It also has Metro supermarket and department store. It's the least busy of the three big malls.

Great place for shopping cheap items. A lot of stalls that serve food. Checkout daniebakes best seller cookie tart for souvenir! Great for snacks specially if you pair it woth coffee.
