I shopped from lifestyle floor 1 at sarath city mall hyd at 2:43pm on 18 May 24. The behaviour of the lady standing outside was very rude and spoiled whole family's mood. She was very irritated for the unknown reason.

Kids and adults everything is very good quality. Cost friendly, comfortable clothes. Their size options are also good

Awesome selection for men. I was always able to find new launches at good prices. It also has anime T shirts as well. The pricing and discounts were good

The worst scary house I've ever seen. It's not about the scariness but the actors over there are touching people one of those horror actors hurted me i recommend tobetter not go to this place

Sales girl at sunglasses cheated me while buying sunglasses at this store . I asked for polarised sunglasses and she said it's polarized sunglasses when I was buying., after billing I found its non polarised sunglasses .

Such a stupid staff were appointed here in this store and my money wasted because of this sales girl .

Don't buy sunglasses in lifestyle store. Start are knowledge less .

Have an issue with u guys max,,,, y u r making mobile number mandatory it's anyones personal thing and its my personal data y u r gathering by force

The salesman by mistake put a slipper one size smaller than what i confirmed with him. Unfortunately I cut the tag and can't return it. Also inventory names does match the names on bill some times I bought a sketchers shoe and it says engineered mas on the bill and I need to provide bill elsewhere.

Very bad staff not safe at all..we were shouting one of us were injured still they were not bothered and were screaming and scaring us. It was an awful experience.

We bought baby clothes and accessories. After reaching home we realised that they didn't put the accessories in the bag but billed them. Also, They charged 30rs for three bags and packed using only 2 bags. Double check your bags and the bill before you leave the store. I don't recommend going to this store.

It's a very worst experience ever coz I have lost my gold earrings while I'm in the scary house i requested them but they didn't allow us to check my earring even though I asked for CCTV check they didn't receive my request

My experience here on 05/01/2024 :

The woman at the ticket counter DIDN'T mention clearly that it would be almost dark inside the Scary House.
I know the theme is meant to be scary but there should have been a bit more lighting inside.
Even in horror movies and shows, generally there is adequate lighting, right??
When I entered the house yesterday after purchasing a ticket for 100 INR, I could just see a small red bulb glowing somewhere inside. But apart from that, I saw no other lighting. As an introvert, I felt a bit terrified. I asked someone present in the darkness to open the front door immediately and then I came outside in a rush.
It was a waste of money.
I asked the woman at the ticket counter for a refund but she just denied as per their ticket policy. She was stubborn and I WILL NOT recommend this Scary House to anyone.

It was very bad expierience the staff is the scary house were misbehaving please change the staff
