Neat place to walk around on a rainy day, lots of empty shop, escalators not working. Several restaurants available but a bit touristy.

I was there on a week day in June and it was dead. A few sad stores with no shoppers. It looked like a dying mall with half of the stores closed. It looks nice and luxurious, but empty.

Very nice place if you want to get your nails done. Look for the small place in the middle of the mall, half the price, then the big spaces

Nice atmosphere and many many shops to choose from. They have both the Liverpool and Sears located here. A couple different banks, a movie theater that shows movies in English and Spanish and many smaller retailers like H&M.

Everything for your phone

A lovely place to visit in the hotel zone, this mall is believed to be the largest in the area. Alongside the mall, you’ll find attractions like Ripley’s Believe It or Not, an aquarium, and dolphin swim experiences. There’s a variety of food and drink options, including restaurants. Taxis are easily accessible, and you can even hire a golf cart to ride around just outside the shopping village. The mall itself resembles a small Venice, complete with canals and small bridges. It boasts countless shops catering to both wealthier and budget-conscious customers. Inside, you’ll discover several restaurants, a Starbucks, a cinema, an ice cream parlor, and even a bench for snapping a nice photo. Overall, it’s a pretty good mall. Just be cautious of scammers selling excursions—they may appear friendly but could try to take advantage of you. Online rates tend to be better than what they offer in person.

I really enjoyed this outdoor mall. Good restaurants and plenty of nice stores. My videos/pics shows the view you get from Sonoran Grill and Taco Grill.

bored at hotel so went here for a few hours for change of scenery. it serves its purpose, we did some shopping, killed some time, ate crepes, found a bathroom (and almost got locked inside).

we didn’t explore much or stay long enough because it’s getting really hot. Not sure about restaurants here as would love to eat some real authentic mexican food.

Good for kids and family but it’s always under construction it seems. Didn’t find prices are more expensive as brand stores have the same price as elsewhere.

When I started going to Cancun in 1989 that was really the only mall there was and it was very nice with some high-end stores. Now it's just okay. But you can really get some deals there.

The Second-Floor Surprise
Ascending to the second floor, I discovered the crowning jewel: a sprawling grocery store that left me utterly impressed. The sheer variety of products astounded me—from fresh produce to international delicacies. Whether you’re stocking up for a beach picnic or simply craving a snack, this grocery store has you covered. And the best part? The prices won’t break the bank. As a budget-conscious traveler, I couldn’t be happier.

A Midday Quirk
However, not everything was sunshine and piña coladas. Around noon, I noticed that several shops remained shuttered. Perhaps it was the laid-back Mexican pace, or maybe I caught them during their siesta. Regardless, it’s worth planning your visit accordingly. If you’re an early bird, you’ll have the advantage of exploring more shops before they close up for the day.

Souvenirs Galore
Now, let’s talk souvenirs. Kukulcan Plaza surprised me with its unique and reasonably priced offerings. Unlike the typical tourist traps (the Flea Market), where trinkets cost a fortune, here you’ll find authentic keepsakes without emptying your wallet. From handcrafted ceramics to vibrant textiles, I snagged a few treasures to remind me of this enchanting place.

Final Thoughts
In summary, Kukulcan Plaza is a delightful blend of cleanliness, convenience, and surprises. As a first-time visitor, I left with a smile on my face, a reusable shopping bag full of goodies, and a promise to return. Americans would not enjoy this mall.

Very nice Mall with a large choice of Stores and restaurants several floors and buildings connect. Take a Walk across the street to visit the beautiful Malecón with a great view over the Laguna and the Hotel Area

This place is absolutely stunning! Where else can you shop and find a multitude of luxury brands in one location while walking along a canal. From Gucci to Salvador Ferragamo in every designer in between. This location is absolutely a place you want to visit if you enjoy upscale shopping and luxury brands! As a seasoned shopper I was in awe and could not walk in certain stores because I knew I would walk out poor, lol. I wanted to go in every store because everything there was So beautiful. Many of the stores had windows such as the upscale brands in New York were they decorate the windows with their products. Again, you don't want to miss this place if you've never been.

Sadly it was a waste of time. It looks nice but… it’s empty, more security guards than customers. Many closed down stores, luxury brands but nothing to actually attract people, no food court, no cinema, nothing. We took a walk inside and then promptly left.

AMAZING, CLEAN, AND GREATS DEALS! I love this mall. I will be staying again nearby! There are so many food options, so many stores and treats that stand inside and have amazing stores.

Kukulcan is a modern, clean, and vibrant mall with lots of store options. There is a grocery store on the second floor that sells everything from meats, produce, beverages, beauty products, and tourist gifts. It's the equivalent of a US Grocery store. There are several banks, clothing, and jewelry stores on site. There is also a food court and small entry stalls around the mall.

It's a nice place, but definitely priced for tourist! I will say, at least the sales associates aren't aggressive like other shipping areas I've been to.

A shopping center resembling a small Venice with canals and small bridges. Countless shops for both richer and poorer customers. Everyone should find something for themselves here. Inside there are a few restaurants, Starbucks, a cinema, an ice cream parlor and even a bench to take a nice photo.

It's a nice shopping mall that looks kind of old from one side, but really new and luxurious on the other. They have a lot of shops and food, and it's great if you either live here or are having a long-term stay for shopping.

A decent mall with a good selection of shops and a few places that you can get something to eat or drink. The facilities are fairly good and it has some very interesting stained glass rooftop artwork.

It was really cool to see thoose decorated animals by the shops as well as the tax free booth you go up to with your high-end purches

Lovely place for a day out. There is also Ripleys believe is or not, aquarium, and dolphin swim. Plenty of places for food and drinks. People selling excursions or promoting shops and restaurants were not pushy or overbearing but in fact very polite and helpful. Taxis are easily accessible and you can hire a golf cart to ride around in just outside the shopping village

OmG this is the biggest mall in Cancun almost, three floors, cinema, food court, olive garden and many restaurants and fast food, Starbucks ect... you'll get lost there, there always shuttle and buses in front , there a Chaudri grocery store in there too

Recomiendo que todos los últimos domingos del mes visiten el eco tianguis qué se pone en el de 10am a 3pm, es lugar super agradable para pasar tiempo de calidad con la familia.

Es una de las plazas más antiguas de Cancún, cuenta con una gran variedad de Tiendas de mucha índole, a pesar de su reducido tamaño, puedes encontrar casi de todo un poco, tienda de regalos, elite lockers, tiendas de celulares, tiendas de zapatos, casa de cambio, super mercado, pet store y hasta un Cinépolis! Se encuentra dentro de una zona poco segura por lo que recomiendo ampliamente mantener sus precauciones y visitarla durante el día!

El mejor atardecer de todo el mundo ..

Desde siempre me ha gustado está plaza porque tiene mucho movimiento. Su nombre lo indica, es muy bonita.
Y además alberga un ecotoanguis muy interesante cada último domingo de mes, así que lo recomiendo muchísimo!

This is a nice mall with a good eatery with all types of food including American chain restaurants. There are all types of stores, pharmacy, grocery, bank, everything you could need is here pretty much. Clean restrooms. Parking is cheap, either in front or around back.

Encuentras lo indispensable, como Soriana, Telcel, Todo Moda, Aguakan, Domino’s Pizza y Mc Donalds. Algunas tiendas de ropa, accesorios y calzado. En la parte de arriba está Cinépolis por si deseas ir al cine. Es pequeña y funcional.

Einer eher Altes Einkaufszentrum mit wenigen Geschäften zum shoppen, ich war dort nur um bei Domino's zu essen.

Si vas . a Cancún, es recomendable visitar el Mercado 28, también conocido como Plaza Bonita, agradable lugar, es un centro comercial parecido a un pueblito con sus calles pequeñas y kiosco, no dejen de visitar y ese lugar, vale realmente la pena, los precios están algo altos, pero los.mismos vendedores se van bajando para que les compres, ahí encontrarás artesanías, restaurantes, joyerías y lo típico de Cancún.

If you’re looking for great deals like the big outlets in the US, Las Plazas Outlet will let you down. It might be a bit cheaper for locals to shop here, but you can find better deals in the US. Other than that, they have great stores with an open air complex. For children, there’s a paid playground close to the food court.

Es una plaza diferente, ya que vende otras cosas que no encuentro en otras plazas. Se encuentra el centro Nice joyería fina Mexicana de la. Mejor calidad y beads & gems, tienda de piedras y accesorios de bisuteria 💍.

Un lugar lleno de colores y buen spot para tomarte unas fotos.

LOCALES COMERCIALES DISPONIBLES (Junio 2019)

No es la plaza más estilizada ni llena de lugares para comprar más que lo básico pero lo que ofrece esta bien para quien no quiere gastar mucho dinero. Tiendas de ropa barata, Macdonald's, zapaterías, parisina, Cinépolis, una mini plaza dedicada a la telefonía, aguacan, supermercado y más. Si vas en taxi te va a salir igual de caro que ir a otras plazas. Si vas en transporte público es muy barato. Todas los camiones te llevan ahí ya que es el crucero.

Un lugar centrico y para gente local, puedes comprarte un helado nutritivo en una de sus tiendas y comerlo ahí mismo ya que tienen unas mesitas ahí dentro del local, puedes jugar a sacar un muñeco de peluche en su maquina gigante, hay tiendas deportivas donde hay tenis de todas las marcas, y además la nueva tienda que ofrece articulos para cocineros, meseros y todo tipo de cosas que se utilizan en la gastronomia las encuentras en esa tienda que está en el area de abajo . También hay lockers de Amazon ahora.

Small and quiet mall, especially JR jewelry 💍 store has more options. Storekeeper Jamie was very honest and friendly.

After 6 years in February 2024 I wanted to see Sir Jamie. I went the sore, but I shocked what I see is like ghost mall. 99% stores are out of business. 😞

Mittelgroßes Einkaufszentrum mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen im unterirdischen Parkhaus. Für eine große Shoppingtour eher ungeeignet aber für einen schnellen Imbiss und kurzes Bummeln durchaus zu empfehlen.

Nice mall with mostly small jewelry, art, and souvenir shops. Very friendly shop keeps. Unfortunately a lot of things are permanently closed and it looks a bit dated inside and outside. Which is sad, because the remaining stores are all nice! I suppose the location makes it difficult to stay in business. I think if they posted a map of the mall outside it would help a lot.
