Travelled from Gurgaon on the second day after opening only to find out that there is some technical glitch. The staff is not aware as to what exactly is the issue or are fooling the people by making generic statement that it will open after 1 hour. Only after hearing the same response to other people who literally came 30 mins after me were also told “It will open after 1 hour”. This is completely unacceptable and utterly unprofessional wherein they are neither able to tell the truth nor are they bothered. Such kind of casual behaviour and lying is completely unacceptable.
