Waiting times have been longer since there are only 2-3 cashiers now. If Whole Food is supposed to have organic high quality products, it should have human cashiers and better customer service. Those new machines don’t work. Also this store misses organic beef. It doesn’t have same organic varieties as other stores.

Compact Whole location on west Robson with free parking. Small bakery/ cafe. Great little store, formerly Capers, similar to Kits store. Perfect for anyone who prefers a smaller, low-key experience. 4/5 only because there are things at larger stores that this doesn't have such as the hot/cold food bar.

The produce here has been fresher than Loblaws lately. They always have great deals (avocados were 12/$6 today), and everything is so cheap! This is a great spot for multi buys, so buy lots of extras for cheap and drop some groceries at a local food pantry (7th and vine is close).

I bought a 4L of milk, and it went bad before the date. The staff refused to give me a refund or exchange it.

They also assumed I had not stored the milk in the refrigerator. At the same time, they assumed that I would open the milk and drink it on the day I bought it, causing it to have been opened for 2 weeks. In reality, I didn't. I opened it a few days after I bought it. This situation has never happened to me in my whole life. I think their cold chain has some problems.

By the way, the milk cost 7.99 which was more expensive than I expected.

Staff must be underpaid or angry because they don't make eye contact or even speak. Cashier just glared at me and shoved my food without even a word or look.

Nice grocery shopping experience. It has wider aisles. I didn't bump into any other shoppers. It's not as busy as the budget stores.

This place is more expensive but it has many ready to make meal solutions like marinated meats and schnitzel. There is a bakery and a deli section.

I didn't go during the busy time so for me, there was no line up.

Parking is available right on Fourth and it appears to be plentiful for the time I went. I went mid day on the weekend.
