Great interiors, decent food. Horrible staff and service. (Not the waiters, but the manager.) 2 mins after the food was served, she slammed the table with our bill and a death stare.
A very cute cafe with friendly staff. Perfect to grab a drink and spend some quiet time.
Foods is worst, no body worried for taste. Don't try any Chinese items and curd rices . Taste is worst👎.
Nice little cafe for quick stop and drink. The venue also has a lovely selection of shops selling various items
Came here expecting that the food and service stand upto the beautiful ambience here. Unfortunately, no. The food was average, and so is the service. They didn't even serve us water. The toilet was unclean and I left without washing mouth. I guess they have to work a bit more hard to provide service that matches upto its ambience.

This is one of the best cafes in Jew Town. Their cold coffee and tomato cheese sandwich are my favorites. Don't expect formal service; the crew is friendly and native to Kochi. Enjoy the beautiful frames around you, created by different artists, which are also for sale. I prefer a solitary breaktime here.
We were drawn in by how beautiful this place is. We just wanted to grab a quick coffee while shopping but ended up really regretting coming in here. The staff were nowhere to be found and when they did appear seemed kinda standoffish. They eventually brought our coffee but it was not nice so we left most of it and tried to just settle up and leave. We only had a 500 note though. So initially the guy tried to just take that but then when we said no we would like change he made such a song and dance of it until eventually he just produced the change with no problem - suspect he was just trying his luck.
The staff are very good and the food ,the ambiance loved it
Great place with wonderful ambience. But poor service. They will not serve water until you ask them. And that too a single cup for two of us. That cup had dried milk leftover.
The tea ordered had a hair floating on top.
Must improve a lot if the ambience has to be matched in terms of service.

Ford is a 4/5. The ambience and the paintings for coffee and a bit is outworldly. Must visit on this street
The service is just terrible. After serving your order they will be constantly asking if you have finished. And couple of minutes later they just tossed the bill onto the table. They just want you to leave as quickly as possible. The irony of it all: We were the ONLY customers in there. It's so unfortunate since the place itself is pretty artistic with the gallery like decoration. We ordered two Lassies which were good. But all in all I wouldn't come back.

The place needs a good cleaning (but not when the clients are eating: once the started sweeping the floor and raising dust, and didn't understand why that was wrong, lol).
the washing sink was dirty, no soap to wash hands. tables have to be wiped more often. more napkins wouldn't have hurt.

Nice place, good and freshly prepared food. But the aloo Gobi was incredibly oily and the green veg salad was rather a vegetable plate.
Le thé à la cardamome était excellent.
Taste is very bad because I had a chicken biriyani but it doesn't take like it,Ambience was good and quality of food is very good.
