Quel bonheur de terminer un long séjour à Val d’Isère par une après-midi au SPA de l’avenue Lodge ! Massage de plus d’une heure incroyable, adapté à mes besoins, un grand merci à Marine pour son expertise et son savoir-faire. Vrai moment de détente dans le hammam et le sauna , vivement l’hiver prochain !

Dans cette dictature de l’avis négatif et Faisant parti de ceux qui aiment dire quand c est bien et pas seulement raler quand on est pas content je laisse ce 5 étoiles. J’ai eu rendez vous pour un massage au spa de l’hôtel en tant que client extérieur. Le spa est spacieux avec deux saunas, un hamam un jacuzzi et une belle piscine.
L’accueil était très bien et j’ai fais un massage californien absolument dingue! La déconnexion totale, la pression parfaite, le temps s’est arrêté , j’y retournerai l’hiver prochain c’était génial!

Le menu raclette à volonté avec fromage servie à l’assiette … un service à la perfection, un cadre très agréable !! Nous avons passer un super moment. Prévoir 60€ / personnes. Pour menu + vin + digestif . Rapport qualité prix excellent 👌

Je recommande fortement ce restaurant.

Everything was perfect, the staff were incredibly attentive, the rooms are designed in a very appealing style and the beds are incredibly comfortable.

The breakfast was fantastic with 100 different options to suit and craving.

Highlight of the was the amazing staff that answered any questions and even got discounts for ski passes. The ski equipment storage is extremely convenient and the refreshments were great to have before a full day in the mountains

Dîner au restaurant parfait. Un moment très agréable, élégant et décontracté. Tout petit soucis de timing avec le plat qui arrive à peine l'apéro entamé mais on s'en accommode facilement parce qu'une fondue aussi bonne et onctueuse, ça n'attend pas ! Desserts au top et merci pour l'accueil parfait. Excellente adresse !

The hotel is sublime and high class. The restaurant is so good!! The rooms are extremely comfortable.

Nous sommes arrivés hier, depuis 5 ans nous venons à cette établissement, toujours agréable ! Hier soir nous avons dîner au restaurant, le service, les plats sont très bons et les desserts sont délicieux !
Seule bémol, le poisson (cabillaud) trop salé à notre goût.

Hôtel 3 étoiles même si pour le prix, et les services proposés on se croirait dans plus, mais bon c'est val d'Isère... çà fait mal pour une nuit.
l'hôtel est très propre. Employés très serviables et français.
Parking très utile même si le passage est étroit, il faut de la discipline.
La literie est au top : matelas et oreillers.
Malgré une chambre donnant sur la route, on n'entend absolument rien, aucun bruit.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux.
Petite remarque nous avons dîné au restaurant le soir.
Le dessert à 15€ était un vrai régal et peut valoir les 15 euros.
Par contre nous avons pris une Planchade de boeuf pour 2 personnes, là les 35€ par personnes (soit 70€ à deux) ne sont clairement pas justifiés. Même si la viande est accompagnée de gratin de pomme de terre, les tranches de boeufs sont tellement fines, qu'il manque presque le double en quantité. Insuffisant.

Super restaurant ! Je recommande vivement. Un super rapport qualité prix. Des plats copieux, fins et maison. Mais surtout un grand bravo à l'équipe : un accueil chaleureux, des serveurs disponibles et à l'écoute. C'est plaisant de trouver un restaurant qui ne tourne pas uniquement autour du bénéfice et dont le moment passé est réellement ressourçant et agréable. Merci, ne changez rien !

I love this hotel and have visited several times. The staff are so friendly, the location cannot be bettered and the new chef is astounding. We ate like kings! Had a gorgeous week with fresh snow falling before we arrived and sunshine every day. Can't wait to go back.

Good hotel located in the center with everything within a short walk.

The breakfast is ok, but not more.

I had two different rooms during my stay. The first room was large with sofas and tables. The other room was so small that there was no room for my suitcase. The shower was a big step up which made it dangerous to get in and out on a wet floor. When the floor was raised, the ceiling height in the shower was only 195cm. I hit my head a couple of times because there was a beam in the ceiling in the shower even though I'm only 185cm.

I was still happy with the hotel until I tried the restaurant.
As a starter, I ate a soup consisting of flour and water with some croutons, bacon cubes and some foie gras on top. I ate the stuff on top, but left the rest. The white geg was terrible.

As a main course, I ordered a medium entrecote along with a glass of strong full body red wine.

In addition to a plate of entrecote and vegetables, came a bowl of potato croquettes and a sawed-up leg with bone marrow.

The meat was wrongly cut with the grain in the wrong direction, full of tendons and hard as an old shoe sole.
The vegetables were overcooked and slimy.
The bone with marrow tasted only of slime and grease.
The red wine was quite bland and not on par with what we got in other restaurants in a glass.

The whole dinner was the worst I've ever had, and it was expensive. €83 for starter, main course and two glasses of bad wine.

There are many restaurants in Val dÍsere where you get a much better dinner for half the price.

Nous sommes actuellement en séjour dans cet hôtel avec notre fille de 3 ans et l'expérience continue d'être exceptionnelle. La chambre est toujours impeccable, le personnel demeure aux petits soins, et le cocktail au bar reste un véritable délice. Une expérience inoubliable que nous recommandons vivement !

Super expérience! Les chambres sont justes magnifiques et très confortables. Le petit déjeuner copieux avec du personnel aux petits soins. Le coin piscine génial, pour se détendre après le ski. Côté bar, super aussi, on peut se restaurer aussi s’il n’y a plus de place au restaurant. Et encore une fois le personnel a été parfait. Un sans faute, je recommande!

Arnaque !
J’ai réservé par booking un séjour en avril que j’ai dû malheureusement annuler. Je l’ai fait en janvier avec normalement aucun frais. L’hôtel a malgré tout prélevé 808 € sur ma carte de crédit. Ils ne répondent ni à mes mails, ni au téléphone. Nous sommes en août et toujours pas de nouvelle, ni de remboursement évidemment.

Prima hotel met een leuke sfeer. De kamers zijn wel wat klein.

De douche/bad is onhandig gemonteerd. De douchekop sproeit niet in bad maar bij het zitgedeelte en het douche gordijn ontbreekt. Dit zou wel aangepast moeten worden.

Onzettend teleurstellende herberg. Kamers zijn mega ver overprijsd, sterk verouderd en piepklein. Er is helemaal geen wellnessruimte zoals geadverteerd. Je kunt op je slippertjes naar een lokaal sportcentrum! En een handdoek kun je er zelf betalen voor € 3,90 per stuk. Hoezo inclusief wellness? De sauna die er is, is verouderd en staat gewoon uit. Wifi werkt nagenoeg niet en het ontbijt is ook - u raadt het al - niet inbegrepen en zeer karig. Ik denk dat onze kamer nog geen 7 m2 was maar wel € 200 per nacht!!! Je kunt je koffers nergens kwijt. De douchedeuren zijn kapot. Het is er gigantisch warm en de verwarming kun je niet lager zetten want is afgetimmerd met een houten skelet. Nu weet je pas echt hoe kabouters leven. Geld terug door eerder vertrek vanwege sluiten pistes vanwege corona? Natuurlijk niet! Bij de bakker naast het hotel kun je wel lekker eten des morgens (lekkere koffie ook). Kortom, geen aanrader. Prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding niet in orde. De foto’s die op Google staan zijn dus niet van de kamer!!!
