I am a regular spa goer and I must say that Infinity Spa is a rare find gem in the middle of the busy city. The place is so clean and spotless. The front desk ladies are great with their English. The therapist I had was very experienced and well trained. Very professional. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again ❤️ Thank you Infinity

Incredibly beautiful hotel, fantastic location with great views. The dining experience was not as good as I would have expected. However, this could have been my menu choices. Will definitely be visiting again. In my opinion, the atmosphere at the peninsula , just over the river, surpasses the oriental.
I had a wonderful experience at Infinity Spa Silom branch with a 2-hour sport massage. The facility is clean and the ambiance is incredibly relaxing. My therapist was very experienced and provided options for hand pressure, which was a nice touch. They also offered a welcome drink and an after-massage snack. Overall, it’s great value for money and I highly recommend it!
My best experience for facial and health care is 4 hours in there for full facial and body services, recommend for you.

The place was clean, spacious and relaxing. The staff’s were very friendly and professional. Albeit the price is steep, it is worth every penny. Would highly recommend.
샹그릴라 묵으면서 두 번 다녀왔습니다. 마사지도 시원하게 잘 해주시고 매우 친절하십니다. 근처 다른 마사지숍보다 가격도 저렴해서 (1시간 발마사지 300바트) 아주 마음에 들었습니다. 마지막에 등 꺾는거 안하는 것도 좋았습니다. 근처에 묵으면 다음에 또 들릴 의향 있습니다^^ 좋은 마사지 감사합니다.
영업시간이 끝나기 직전에 도착했는데도 직원들이 친절하게 응대해주었음. 발마사지 1시간을 받았는데 마사지 기술도 좋았고, 가격도 매우 합리적인 편임. 샹그릴라 호텔 주변 마사지를 찾는다면 추천함
The best massage that I’ve tried in Bangkok! My chronic problem is tight neck and shoulder muscles since I’m always on a computer. I’m pain free after I leave this place. Cleanliness and ambiance is top notch!
The Cafe was closed during Covid but now it's opened at a different location which is better on traffic. The ambient, of course, is more modern but similar layout. All my rewards were loss due to new system.
I had lunch before I knew it's reopened so I had my usual favorite, hot chocolate brownie sundae with warm whipped cream (no sure if whipped cream was warmed or the brownie), it's still taste great and now they had small size for one to choose which was even better 😋 Highly recommend this dessert.
The service was good but struggling, understood everyone were new but very hospitable, as usual.

Did foot reflexology, body scrub and aromatherapy with lavender oil. It was really good, especially aromatherapy massage. I have already visited twice. Would definitely recommend. Tukta did a great job.
Such a wonderful experience. I arrived early for my appointment but they were able to accommodate me right away. I had the spa pedicure which was the most relaxing pedicure I have ever had. I have never been wrapped in a blanket for a pedicure before and it was wonderful!! My nail technician Yaya was so sweet and kind. She constantly checked with me to make sure everything was ok and if I liked my toes. And being served tea and a snack before and after my service was a really thoughtful touch. The hospitality is unmatched here and I have never experienced such exceptional service before. I cannot recommend this space enough!

Fortunately, Fon (not sure correct name, is pure Thai) who is my masseur is able to control my sensitivity and apply the right force to suit my needs. Shoulder massage last 10 mins is awesome cause I needed it.
The only down side is toilet has to climb up to 2nd level as there is no toilet on the 1st level which doesn't make sense.

They welcomed me with fruits and refreshing drink while I browsed through menu. They presented oils they have so you can pick right one for you. I tried infinity aroma signature massage for 60min with Jane. She was really good. Best massage I had so far in BKK.
Place is nice and very clean. I loved heating from massage bed as well as atmosphere (quiet and peaceful). After massage they treat me with mango sticky rice and tea.
I will be back definitely.

Just had the Deluxe Spa Treatment and absolutely loved it, strongly recommend the body wrap. Great value and Pin was the best massage therapist I could wish for! Thank you so much.
Super nice experience for relaxing my body after trip. According to the packages that you choose, you can get discount as you book through the internet page. I tried full spa treatment. massage staff was very professional and kind recommended ~
