Just exterior view was nice. Didn't into the museum. Be sure to visit the souvenir store next to it. Turns out it was the cheapest there compares to stuff in dam square.
Although a small statue, something about it hits you deep in the heart, I do recommend a visit to this statue.
Fijne plek voor een koffietje en een lekkere lunch, vol in de zon. Lage prijzen maar doet niet af van de kwaliteit! Lieve en gastvrije bediening! Aanrader.
Nice park with a statue of Rembrandt and a thinking astronaut. Had lots of place for people to sit and relax. There are occasional performances by street artists here that are nice to watch.
The statue was covered and closed with a fence. I was unable to see it. It's located on the sidewalk but it's inaccessible for unknown reasons.
It is a large square south-east of the heart of Amsterdam, with a huge statue of Rembrandt, as well as a large statue of Rodin's Thinker, which is dressed as an astronaut and covered in gold...OK?.... It has a few tram lines with a stop on the square - use your daypass, as travel in Amsterdam is a doddle. The square is surrounded by many restaurants and bars, some opening at 8:30am for the early travellers. I would not detour to see it, but would not mind going there if I am in the vicinity

This is a quaint little square with a statue of Rembrandt. People just kind of hang out there talking or having lunch. There are coffee shops in the area but we just basically walked around and took a couple of pictures with the Statue. We had a pleasant afternoon there.

Sono stato a vedere questa scultura con la mia ragazza durante la nostra vacanza ad Amsterdam. L'opera si trova lungo un canale nel centro città vicino alla fabbrica della birra Heineken. Durante la stagione primaverile la scultura è circondata dalle fronde dei salici piangenti che creano un'atmosfera molto suggestiva.

Monument 'De Gevallen Hoornblazer' ligt midden in het kleine park. Het monument is een eerbetoon aan de 36 politieke gevangenen die hier op 12 maart 1945 door de bezetter zijn gefusilleerd. Het is waardig monument en een rustige plek om te herdenken in een druk gedeelte van de stad.
