I went to the masquerade bar in Liverpool I and had a great time there was a incident but it was dealt with quite and efficiently with the bar staff which where great. Joanne and Jacob where amazing they made you feel welcome and dealt with any problem people quickly. There also was a drag queen there and she was so much fun knew how to make people feel like they where not new there but had been there for years. The drag queen name was Caren sutra and she was fabulous. I can't wait to come again and have even more fun

Tried to get in Heaven last night and got denied, as a 37 year old GAY man. This “gay” venue denied me access I’ve been clubbing for years and the bouncers are horrible. Rude and come across homophobic, also a lot of trouble outside with police etc, it’s not a nice place to be around. I’m staying away in future, I’m sad and angry how bad it’s gone, and terrible service.

The gay quarter / village is a lovely place every day... Not only the weekends...
