Was very clean and nice. Still have the same vibes way back 2021 when i first went here but probably now my last time. I treated my bf with a footspa last april 13. The therapist assigned to me was good but his was absolutely horrific, he was left with several wounds and marks. He did mentioned to me after days passes and I was really upset as this is our to go spa and I even recommended to his relatives...

The therapist didn't even apologize for the inconvenience she made. Good thing, the therapist who assisted me was approachable and asked if to get a bandage and alcohol for his wound made by his therapist. Overall the experience was not quite impressive as before. All the staffs were just quiet when we left... This might be the cheapest among others but go for ones who'll assist you with care.

Was a bit stressed kasi mainit sa reception and di pa malamig sa loob nung dumating kami. Good thing lumamig naman.

Location: Easy to find and parking is available for cars and motorcycles.

Washroom: Isa lang. Clean.
No water heater ( pero staff will help you naman if you need warm water) Bidet and flush werent working. Shower is fixed (can't change the angle)
No tissue, no soap, no bodywash. (Bring your own na lang)

Bed: Firm and comfortable. Yung pillow nga lang dun sa hole para sa face was smelly.
Better bring your own travel pillow or just cover it with a towel.

Massage is okay. Subjective masyado kaya mahirap magbigay ng opinion.
Scrub was done gently. Medyo na overlook lang yung spaces between fingers and toes.
Something tells me na bago lng yung therapist. Not sure though.

Towels: Smells fresh and clean.

Ambience: Okay lang. Room scent was neutral lang ata. Wala ako masyado naamoy na fragance. Medyo lamang din yung sound system ng katabing store.

Booking/Appointment: Smooth and easy. Just give them a call or send a message.

Customer service: Very warm and welcoming.

Overall, the experience is okay. Not the best massage pero all good naman.
Sana lang may water heater na built in dun sa shower. I'd suggest bring your own toiletries na din.

Never been disappointed like this to Nuat Thai.. this branch has poor service. First visit this branch a week ago for Thai massage with oil.. literally pressure points lang no hagod [unlike before na meron kasamang hagod mas sulit ung 350] now? Maybe different management na franchise so i gave benefit of the doubt sa unang visit. 2nd Visit as of the writing, i requested for Swedish massage, confirmed reservation 10pm, ok admittedly nalate lang ng 10minutes but we advised them ahead kahit icheck nila ang inbox nila.. we waited for our turn for almost 2hrs! And another 15-20minutes bago pa magstart. The Masseur o masahista has colds and not wearing masks, nararamdaman ko pa isa lang ginagamit niyang kamay.. siguro nagkamot or nagpunas siya somewhere tapos without sanitizing her hands muna hinawakan niya ung face ko! I told her twice to increase pressure, ung swedish massage ko naging oil bath lang, literal na pinapahiran lang ako ng oil. Scent ng oil is not relaxing, hindi mabango,.. imbes na marelax lalo ako nastress sa service nila. Another benefit of the doubt na pagod kayo, pero i know there are other ways to manage yung mga tao niyo, I am really devastated by the service of this branch. Hope you train your employees well, and take care of them— if they are sick don’t let them work, nagkakalat pa sila ng cold virus sa mga guests. 🤦🏻‍♀️
