Outrageous spammers. I have never done any business with them, but they put me on their mailing list--at my work email address. Each time I unsubscribe or contact them to demand they take me off their mailing list, they add me under a new email account at their agency and start again. I don't even live in NYC anymore, and I can't get this to stop! I would never do business with them, considering this lack of integrity and respect.

I just called about the room they posted on the secondary site; the assistant is rude and gives an attitude for nothing. The assistant is definitely having a bad day and being aggressive to everyone. 0/5 will not come back

Warning to Potential Renters: Avoid Tim Malone

My experience with Tim Malone was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, he concealed significant details, like a hefty 15% broker’s fee, from the StreetEasy listing. His communication was consistently arrogant and dismissive, with a rude and unprofessional demeanor.

On the day I was supposed to view the apartment, he cavalierly changed the appointment time last minute, without any explanation, showcasing his complete disrespect for others’ time.

After we agreed on the rental term, with just the contract left to sign, Tim stalled. It became evident he was soliciting higher offers, and he explicitly attempted to pit prospective tenants against each other in a bidding war, even though an agreement was already in place.

Tim Malone’s tactics are underhanded, his conduct is unethical, and his professionalism is non-existent. He is the epitome of a phony and rude real estate agent - even for New York. If you value integrity and honest dealings, steer clear of Tim Malone.

Had the best experience working with Linda Bujari and the Dallien team! She found and closed an amazing apartment in 48 hours, was fun to work with and made sure we had everything we needed after we moved.

I had a fantastic experience with the real estate agents at Dallien. They were not only incredibly fast and knowledgeable but also exceptionally friendly. I reached out to inquire about units at 921 Washington, and although the one I was interested in had been taken by someone else before I could apply, Ana went above and beyond to assist me un finding another unit promptly. Her friendliness and dedication truly stood out, and I beleive more agents like her are needed in the city.

I was stood up by a Dallien agent. I reached out about a Crown Heights rental on StreetEasy, heard back very quickly the same day. The agent said they were showing the apartment that night from 5:30-6:30. When I emailed further saying that I’d stop by, the agent narrowed the window to 6:15 and said they had a showing at 5:40. The agent emailed me their number — the same number that is listed in their email signature and listed on their Dallien website profile — and said “feel free to text me if you want to stop by.” I texted the agent at 5:46, then again at 5:55 letting them know I was waiting outside. I sent an email at 6:04 as I hadn’t heard back via text. At 6:13, the agent emailed me back: “Unfortunately I had to leave to another showing” and insisted they never received my text messages (“What number are you texting?”) or email in the thread they were responding to throughout the day. I’m not someone who leaves reviews, but I went an hour out of my way to view this apartment. Instead of just saying they had a scheduling conflict or didn’t care to stick around to see me (in the viewing timeframe they themselves provided??) they put on a performance claiming they never got my messages.

A friend texted the agent’s number and received a response immediately. So the number is valid! The agent just decided to gaslight me by implying I texted the wrong number and didn’t contact them. What’s even funnier is, as this weird situation unfolded, the agent asked twice about rescheduling me to view the apartment. Thanks… but no thanks — I already tried and that didn’t work.

The Alexander Team and Renata Tomaszek are frauds. They have disgusting attitudes and don't know what common courtesy is. Don't work with these agents, they will only bring you unnecessary time wasting and deceit. Douglas Elliman is a great agency but this team and person are not a great addition.

I couldn't make it due to literally being stuck on a subway to Tom Brady's appointment - I asked to reschedule for 3PM (from 12PM) and apologized for the inconvenience. He followed up with multiple annoyed text messages and a missed call, all I got after leaving the subway. After finding my dream apartment and not wanting to waste any other real estate agent's times - I cancelled the rest of my days appointments. I was met with "congrats" or "no problem thank you for letting me know" and from Tom Brady I got "Hope it helps you find class." Apparently he likes to just be rude to young woman - if you're a female in NYC looking for an apt don't use him! ESPECIALLY if god forbid you have to adjust your appointment time or are having a rough day and can't make it for some reason. Also just extremely unnecessary - especially from an adult professional. Hope Douglas Elliman can find some employees with class!

Dallien has the best agents in New York City !

Fortunately there were so many other excellent agents to work with in this office but my initial consultation with a Jason at this office, who was a horror show. I have been working with several agents on a team who have been very patient and good with me to buy a modest property. Lesson to the wise, when in doubt dump the "Jason's" if you are assigned one!

Aimee is amazing during this difficult time. We have 2 children and she found us our first rental 6 years ago after our second was born. When we decided to spend summers out in Long Island she worked with us to find a great property in Sag Harbor. Now that prices in Manhattan have come down and we both will be working from home we decided to buy a bigger apartment to accommodate the work space we need and now our girls want their own bedrooms. Aimee has been doing virtual tours with us in buildings we are already familiar with and we are surprised at how well she is able to negotiate. We are getting so close and this is a very exciting time for us. Thank you Aimee for always providing a positive experience for us. Looking forward to moving!!!

Aimee was recommended to us by a former client to sell our longtime family apartment last year, always a good way to begin. In a rough sales market she worked diligently and got us a great buyer. It is no surprise that she is always amongst the top salespeople at Douglas Elliman year after year! I can't recommend her enough!
