I love the place 🥰

Cost per unit went from 2.5m to 4m over the last couple of years, overpriced. Renting from them is a so so experience, regardless of landlord. Cleanliness of the grounds is marginal, only the front entry ways are really clean and kept. They run the pumps on the pool ONE HOUR a day is all, never change water, cleaning it (half way) once a week, so I didn't use it much due to it typically being dirty. Guards and employees speak little to no English. Nice enough, but hard to communicate. They say they are "economy condos", but they take it to the extreme. Small, cramped (especially the bathrooms) and with some plumbing issues being common. There are better options for the same money, either renting or buying.
