Friendly coach with generous advice and willingness to help, good music, plenty of machines and devices.
Came at 8:00pm, closed. Lights on, not any sign on the window, nobody inside, nothing, just closed. A neighbor tells me it opens at 8:30pm, I drove around and came back two times at 8:35 & 8:53. Still closed, empty with the lights on. Soaking wet because of the rain, thank you very much.
Amazing value for money, people complaining about this gym clearly haven’t been to many in Asia.
Is big, has lots of machines and everything you’ll need.

La seule salle de musculation qui n'est pas dans un resort près de Cenang Beach. Tout le matériel nécessaire pour s'entraîner correctement est présent. Cependant, en termes d'haltères, le poids maximum est de 30 kg. L'entrée est seulement à 8 RM.

Only 7MYR for a day pass!! Great gym for the price, No AC but I have come to expect this in gyms throughout SE Asia. Definitely worth coming to this gym if you’re staying in the Kuah area

Came here for my workout. The gym has all the necessary equipment. It was only RM7 per visit.
The water dispenser was not working and the air conditioning wasn’t turned on. But it was relatively breezy, so I had no issues working out here. Would come back again if I need a weights gym.

器具のバライエティ・質ともにperfect。木曜の夕方に訪問したが、かなりの人数。15人くらいは常にいる感じ。半分外国人(アジア人は僕だけ)で残り半分現地のマレーシア人。
特筆すべきはジムの雰囲気のよさ。特にマレーシアの筋トレくんは帰り際、ジムの皆とグータッチしてお疲れ様と言っていた。
費用は、外国人はRM10/day、RM100/monthだったと思う。ちなみにマレーシア人はRM7/dayと書いていた。
