Chicken wings are really good for the price

My family and I were visiting out of province. We called ahead to inquire about a highchair for my daughter. Susan was so friendly, accomodating, engaging and welcoming. She let us know the best time to arrive to ensure we had access to it. Even when the restaurant was packed each time she was making sure each table had what they needed. Food was amazing. Surprisingly not oily. It was flavourful and clean. We did not have to wait long for food even when the restaurant was full. Great service, food and environment. Would highly recommend. 👌

This is one of those places that I would describe as a bit of a dive. But the food is outstanding, The quality and quantity of the dishes are amazing. You definitely will not leave this place hungry. In fact most of the time we have to take most of the food home. Highly recommended

Best Chinese food in the city! Maybe tied with Marigold!

Went here with my team after work one day... we ordered the sweet & sour chicken balls, lemon chicken, ginger beef, tofu, chow mien and spring rolls.

All the dishes tasted so amazing. The lemon chicken was superb and ginger beef was also REALLY great. Will definitely go here again, and I will likely also do some future take out as well.

Overall, 5-stars... REALLY GOOD food, but I had to give 4-stars for atmosphere, as it desperately needs to be thoroughly cleaned and remodeled inside, the bathrooms painted, etc.

Also, the neighborhood is very, VERY rough. There were homeless people acting quite strange outside the restaurant. That gave me the total creeps.

I ordered for take out, chicken balls and ginger beef. Chicken balls were small and bland, these chicken balls weren't good enough to be free. They were completely disgusting and ended up in the trash. The ginger beef was very tasty. The service was good as well.

Have frequented Fortune Cooking for many years. It saddens me to say that the quality has really taken a tumble the last two times I've have been. Both times our food came out cold, our soup was missing it's noodles, and the serving sizes are noticeably smaller.
