Highly unprofessional and misbehaved staff. They literally fight on just £5 with the customer infront of other customers. The food is too salty. It is advisable for high BP patients not to purchase any food from here.

Don't understand the bad reviews. Staying at local hotel and thought I'd try the place. Food was outstanding way better than KFC everything fresh and tasty. Back down this way again soon and will be ordering once again. Thank you.

discussing the chicken was raw! and my child has been ill for 2 days throwing up none stop off the toilet went in to complain and the man was so rude and basically told me it’s not his problem this shop should just get shut down!

If you would like to get food poisoning this is the perfect place for you, extremely low hygiene, they stack the chicken in a dirty shelf which from the look of it, it is not being cleaned, also the staff don’t use gloves (they use their bare hands to prepare the meals) and don’t wear hair net. On top of that the staff are rude.

Just got a peri peri burger meal and the burger was cooked on the outside only it was pink inside and fleshy absolutely disgusting. The very basics of your business is to cook chicken and you can’t even get that right. Went straight back in for a refund. This place is salmonella central stay away

I ordered chicken pieces. It was overloaded with salt . I said it to the man over the counter. His reply was ‘ many people ordered the same, nobody came back saying it was too salty.’ He refused to either give my money back or replace it. It was damn so salty that none of us in the family could eat it. Very bad service.They didn’t even say sorry .

Met a chap in glasses with slick back hair and red t shirt. He told me he was the owner. I ordered the combo box but he over poured the salt and everything was bitter. Very rude gentleman, I asked for tissues and he snatched them away saying “need to save money”. Bear in mind I ordered a meal. The man then asked me for 110p (YES 110 PENCE!) for 2 pots of sauce. I was confused as he’s meant to be the owner and doesn’t understand British money.

In what world is it okay to serve somebody a pink burger?! Ended up throwing the bites I had up noticed straight away it tasted funny checked and rahhh.. you shouldn’t serve people this. The drumsticks were awful, Chips were cold. How can you take peoples money ESPECIALLY in a cost of living crisis and serve them this nightmare? Thrown everything in the bin, wouldn’t dare give it to my dog after how sick it’s made me. The only good thing about my experience with Chester’s was the delivery driver who was lovely. Otherwise absolute horror never eating here again don’t waste your money on cheap foods if you’re in a rush and need a takeaway go somewhere where the quality is actually gonna be good. A very honest business. I had a conversation with the boss, and he was very respectful, well mannered, and kind. There was a great deal of mutual respect between us. The food was very honest, the quality of the food was excellent considering the price paid, it exceeded my expectation. You'd normally expect a poor quality of chicken for the price given, but the quality was exquisite. All things considered, I have very few complaints about this. The chicken was juicy and tender, with absolutely no veins or chewy bits, the chips were nothing special, but nonetheless were representative of the price paid. I felt very happy with the food and the person who is serving the South. Indian guy was very really helpful. I felt like I am in home. I came back to my home. That’s totally hard whelming for me and the way he is behaving is very nice. The South Indian guy was so helpful and was very talkative and made me more comfortable in the shop and he’s so lovely

Terrible service . The driver got lost 15 times after giving him very clear, precise instructions . He then had the cheek to say he was not coming and he was staying put! He then put the phone down on me and miraculously he arrived 10 minutes later , even though he was 2 minutes down the road. The food was pretty bad and the chicken donner had gristle and something similar to bone in it . If you want a late , cold , poor takeaway , then this is the place for you .
