We looked at the wine list in the web before we went to the restaurant and the red Shiraz was 29 euros. At the restaurant the QR was 40 euros.
We called the manager, showed him and asked to explain. He was so rude, he told us that he does not manage google or the web. He did not care. I asked for a complaint form and he said that he had no time for complaints and refused to give me a form.
I could not believe that behavior.
We could have leave, in fact we should have, but decided to stay for respect because we had ordered the food already.
We had two bottles of wine during our dinner at the end.
This complaint is not about the money but about the lack of professionalism and the way we were treated by this man. Unbelievable, of course he was not Dutch 👎

If it’s quality dining you’re seeking then this is the place to experience. Upon entry you can immediately feel the atmosphere shifting to a soothing, calm and vibrant energy. The decor and welcome really makes you feel like you’re meant to be there.
I’ve had the pleasure of ordering a number of different dishes, seafood, meat and vegetarian and all of them were brilliantly prepared, presented and flavourful. With each bite you can taste the fusion of flavors bursting and dancing on your taste buds.
I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

Awesome food, great service and a cool environment. Don't be fooled by the outside. You'd almost think that you were entering an office, but once you step inside, you are greeted by the modern and cozy restaurant vibe of Masami. Great food. Highly recommended. Sorry... I can only show the empty plates...

Lecker, schönes Ambiente , tolle zentrale Lage, kleine teure Portionen aber das Geld wert. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Ziemlich laut. Ich hatte ein Saté was richtig lecker war. KLare Empfehlung.
Very nice restaurant. The staff was super helpful and friendly, the food was good, not a long waiting time, very clean and nice organised. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD.
We didn't get any food until almost an hour after we arrived. It also took 20 minutes just to open two Heineken 0.0s. The main problem seemed to be the kitchen was doing delivery orders. So I'd recommend avoiding 6-7pm. The food was delicious but then the bill came and it had an extra dish on it. No apology for that either, or even a little embarrassment perhaps? Anyway we enjoyed our food and had a nice evening but we'll never come back. At one point I was tempted to order a take away for delivery at a table! As my son said, good place for a date as you have plenty of time to talk.... just bring some pre-dinner snacks with you.
Its a lovely place and the atmosphere is great! Love the decor in the restaurant :)
The ramen is not bad although I would say still quite ‘westernized’ (ie not authentic enough) but dont get me wrong they still taste good!! Recommend the miso classic :)

Very good ramen spot! I can recommend the tonkotsu classic if you’re trying for the first time; especial miso it’s my second favorite, the service is very good and the place is always clean.
Nice and delicious ramen dishes. We ordered the Miso and Tantamen ramen with 5 side-dishes and they were fantastic! The “spice-it-up” could be a little bit more spicy…

Amazing ramen, next time i will be nearby, i Surely will have another bowl 🥣. Cozy ramen bar atmosphere, typical Japanese's drinks are available.
