The food was amazing, big portions and the food was presented well. The service was the best, very kind and generous people. The owner is very friendly and open hearted.
Excellent pizza. One the best I've had in Paris. Swift service. Will definitely go back
Great ambience. Lovely petite restaurant on walking distance of the louvre. As it’s quite a small restaurant, there’s not much space to roam around. Speaking children specifically.
Food was amazing and service was very personable. Their tiramisu was just on another level
Amazing food and and the staff were very helpful and friendly ✨
Th portion of the desert is sooo big for two to share , if they can make smaller portion fit to two or less !

Only one thing annoyed me that i was there on time of our reservation and after I left the restaurant a deduction of 70€ happened as of no show fee !!! I had to go back to the restaurant next day to ask for the refund
In fact, the place is wonderful, but there were several comments. I asked for pasta and he brought me two plates. He said, “We do not allow you to share pasta for two people.” Then he took a tip, when I refused. He said, “This is the minimum.”

But the most rude thing was when I asked the host to seat me next to the window and she told me that this was for 3 people, not 2. After 5 minutes, she seated two people in the same place. How ridiculous
The restaurant is nice and the food is good, but it didn’t match my expectations. Moreover, the attitude of the staff was not very pleasant, as you expect it to be in a prestigious restaurant.
Pizzeria Popolare in France is a slice of Italian heaven nestled in the heart of Paris. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked pizza and the lively atmosphere of a bustling trattoria. The menu boasts an impressive selection of authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas, crafted with the finest ingredients and baked to perfection in a traditional wood-fired oven. Each bite is a symphony of flavors, from the crisp, chewy crust to the rich tomato sauce and melty cheese. The rustic decor and friendly staff add to the charm, creating a welcoming environment that invites you to linger and enjoy every moment. Whether you're craving a classic Margherita or eager to try one of their creative specialties, Pizzeria Popolare promises a memorable dining experience that will transport you to the streets of Naples.
Best pizza in Paris. Make sure to place a reservation or you're not likely to get a table. Every night we walked by the line was extensive, most of which were reservation holders. We had a reservation earlier in the evening and got right in. The later you reserve, the longer the wait, as you wait for tables to open up.
Very nice spot for lunch/ dinner. The menu does only have few options but the food tastes great! For desert, we had profiteroles which I believe was one of the best I’ve had. It’s pretty busy but the service was fast and the waitress was very kind and welcoming.
Not bad but nothing extraordinary either. As reservations at Pink Mamma are tough to get, Pizzeria Popolare is a good alternative. However, the place is nothing special. The interior is really cool, but food is underwhelming. While we really enjoyed our starters, pasta was really undercooked and the pizza was too pricey for what it ultimately was. You could really feel that the staff didn’t care about the customers, they were just “doing their job”. It is not a bad place to go for Italian food but if you’re visiting Paris, you can definitely find way better alternatives.
Good place to eat close to Eiffel tower. I chose the vegetarian and my partner the tuna pizza. They were both tasty. Nice atmosphere, loved the music there. The waiter was also nice and food came fast.

Authentic italian restaurant in a cute street!

If the weather is nice, I enjoy the outside seating as you definitely feel the Parisian trottoir experience. The quality price ratio is also good. In the weekends, you can enjoy the indoors music with nice wine.

Seafood pasta are recommended!
Attention !

When the cat's away, the mice will play.

Kuccini used to offer excellent food and make you feel at home, but not anymore.

The young staff in charge of the restaurant lack any service attitude, gastronomic experience, or willingness to learn it. The service was deplorable from start to finish, with discourtesy at reception, inattentiveness during the meal, and rudeness when it came time to pay.

They were sipping limoncello and chatting with friends at a table outside from 10:30 PM until 11 PM, neglecting the dining room.

One table cleared their own plates and took them to the bar to clean up before dessert. Another table had to go outside to find them to pay by card. As for us, we had to fetch our own utensils to keep our pasta from getting cold. They left us dessert menus and then disappeared. When we managed to get their attention to place an order, they told us the kitchen was already closed. They offered to bring tiramisu but forgot, and instead brought us the check. When we pointed out the forgotten dessert, they told us that if we wanted dessert after 10:30 PM, we could go to McDonald's.

I must add that they don't speak English (or pretend not to understand), nor Italian, nor Spanish.

This is the service provided for a 50 euros per person dinner. Need I say more? I do not recommend it anymore.

Amazing food, atmosphere, and service!! Ordered pizza Parmigiana, Lasagne Siciliane, Tagliolini Tartufo (their special menu) and all of it was fabulous. Highly recommend and the owner was so sweet and genuine. Definitely coming back!

Very nice italian restaurant, with great food quality and quick and attentive service (something that is very much appreciated in Paris!). Good fresh pasta with the truffle flavor, and pizza with burrata. Recommended for a quality italian experience.
Loulou is a popular restaurant near the Louvre that has become famous via Instagram. Overall, we had a solid experience but I felt that it was quite expensive for what it was. There is both an outdoor area (lots of construction nearby) and an inside area that has a nice ambiance. The staff was friendly and spoke both English and French. We got the Veal Picatta and Scallops. The scallops were good and the veal was just ok. Both came with mashed potatoes that were phenomenal. Overall, I likely would not come back but depending on the person, the experience may be worth it.
I felt really well-treated by the staff which was super energetic and ready to assist. The place is cute and cozy. Food had big portions, healthy but more like homemade style. Maybe in the future they can think how to make plates a bit more sophisticated in taste. The wine was good. Thank you again to the man who welcomed us so warmly

Went with a friend for lunch during our last visit to Paris in January 2024 (new year lunch), we went without any reservation and hardly get the chance to be seated after like 45 minutes, accordingly pre reservation is a must. Food was delicious, the service was bit slow but we do understand that it happened due to having the place fully backed, the over all vibes were good.
Would like to recommend Pizzeria Popolar to all and I will be back.

Thank you, very much for the excellent food, my wife and I were delighted with the pizza capricciosa, pasta carbonara, and the fondant chocolat dessert, this is the most delicious dessert in 28 years of my life, thank you very much, I promise I will come to you to taste it🤗
I highly recommend trying it🤤
Pizzeria Popolare is a lovely lunch or dinner spot for tasty Italian food. The menu is simple and the same as other Big Mamma branches. Never been disappointed by their range of pizzas, pastas and antipasti, cooked by Italian cooks. Best to reserve if you want to secure a nice table (you can get the bar if it's crowded). The crowd is a bit touristy!

We had a wonderful experience at an authentic Italian restaurant, enjoying delicious pasta and truffle pizza paired with exquisite Italian wine. The beautiful interior and Italian-inspired table settings added to the charm of our evening, making it a memorable dining experience.

Amazing restaurant with excellent service, delicious food and a wonderful, entertaining owner called Gandolfo who will make sure to make you feel at home! Highly recommend (especially the carbonara Italiana).
Came without reservation on Monday but restaurant was quite full anyway we sat in however the pasta was nice, the overall dining experience was marred by unpleasant service, for the full restaurant there’s only one guy who’s doing everything, my friend didn’t want to eat so she just wanted to order a drink and the guy said “it’s not a bar” but as such an “honor” we had we could stay and have me eating and my friend drinking.
At the end of the dinner we were waiting to pay for almost 10 min while the guy was running all around the place. I was paying cash but he didn’t have a change, so like my problem that he doesn’t have it .

It’s a shame that such nice pasta was overshadowed by poor service.
Food 10/10.

I dont like thin pizza at all but this has changed my opinion. If done well like LouLou it's on par with my love for thick crust pizza.
Truffle pizza is a must, not filling and expensive but 100% worth it.
Sicilian Pistacio pesto linguini was so impecable and tasted fresh beyond words.
Crunchy risotto with octopus was the beat octopus I ever had.
I will be revisiting if and when I return to Paris.

Service speed 4/10.
Service unfortunately was very SLOW!
Perhaps It was just pure bad luck but it took 40 minutes to eat dessert when we finished our entree. 20 minutes to get a server's attention and another 20 minutes for it to arrive. It was rare for the servers to check up on us. However they were very kind and polite when approached.

Don't sit by the window on a sunny day, it was extremely uncomfortable and warm.

We were served by Geanne, she was so helpful and lovely. She even went out of her way to charge one of my friend’s electronic devices in the staff room. The pizza was incredible and I will definitely come here again on my next trip to Paris.
Service Was Ok , they did not talk anything with me to ask but rushing it was one way convo. The cutlery was dirty as I told the waiter and he did not reply anything but just changed and pass me.I bought the Tonno Pizza it was good but overcook at the side burn can’t eat some portions! I was not told they are closing soon when I ordered and lucky I ate finished left with wine as they rushed ask people to leave.
very good food, very kind servers. i had the tortelloni which was nice but the portion was on the small side. the spaghetti was very good and a good portion.

Very “touristy” place. Rude service - at 6 p.m. there was club music, so it was impossible to talk :// The waiter said he wouldn’t turn the volume down. Food average, prices very high, even for Paris. No atmosphere inside. Overall, I don't recommend it 🙄👎
Your behaviour and disrespect to livreurs is very poor. You said that food will be ready in 2 minutes, i waited 25 minutes in my peak working hour where i could have earned more and more, and i had to cancel the order from your restaurant. Shameful.

Don't laugh - just the olive oil is worth the visit. Great food, great people, great music.
An excellent place that lives up to its hype. The truffle pizza is remarkable; as much as the massive tiramisu. Cocktails are great as well.

Seating and the place… well, not so much. Had direct sunlight even when we had a booked table for two, MONTHS in advance.

Great service and spectacular food made up for it. A must go.

Wow ! Experience incroyable🤩

We ordered crispy polenta and truffle, pumpkin soup, paccheri pasta and mushroom, risotto with black seppia ink, tiramisu, panettone. Everything was amazing! The restaurant interior design gives a cozy vibe and we had a great time dining.

My family ate here during our trip to Paris and absolutely loved it. I would encourage you to try their experimental cocktail, the mixologist is wonderful. If you have children who have limited palettes, they will accommodate “pickier” eaters! We considered dining here more than once on our brief visit!

It is a great place to taste Italian food, menu is diverse, right portions and taste is amazing. Personnel are super friendly and kind.

I've been to Paris 3 times and been to this restaurant twice. And the only reason I didn't go a third time is because I couldn't get a table. What a perfect blend of traditional Italian food with some modern options, the food was amazing and the staff were super friendly. I will be going to Paris at least a 100 more times just to eat here. Do not miss this gem!
Fransman getrouwd met Italiaanse vrouw. Het menu wordt regelmatig aangepast. Eerlijke Italiaanse smaken.
