Fantastic local restaurant. I wish we had more places like DaMimmo. Casual dining that tastes great and doesn't cost the earth. Left very satisfied indeed and will be returning without doubt. We had often had their take away pizza which is one of the best around, but this was our first time eating in and we weren't disappointed. Food was fresh and delicious, service was polite and prompt and the atmosphere was casual but intimate.

Absolutely unreal spot for food. I’m easily satisfied when it comes to food but it’s so rare that I’m actually impressed.

Lovely place with delicious food and cosy atmosphere. My girlfriend had the best spaghetti with Dublin Bay prawns 🍤
Fantastic authentic Italian restaurant. I have dined here on several occasions and the food and service are second to none. The portions are very generous and the food is amazing. Great value is also something hard to find today and these guys really provide it.
The Italian hot chocolate is really hot and delicious. The salami croissant/cornetto is better when it is heated! The staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.
Been eating here for years and unfortunately all we have seen is portion sizes get smaller and prices get higher.

I had to complain to the manager on our last visit as my meal didn't come out until the other 3 people finished their meals, my partners chips got forgotten and My mother's Lasagne was tiny and didn't even come garnished for the price you are paying the plate looked so sad.
The manager informed me the chef hasn't been in and the person in the kitchen isn't used to being there. How can they charge full price for dishes that aren't cooked by a trained chef?
Unfortunately we won't be back again

Came here for a lunch and the food was absolutely delicious! Loved the starters - especially the burrata and the pesto. Everything was so flavourful. The chicken salad was also yum but would have preferred if the chicken was breaded/fried! The tiramisu was to die for. The sparkling water was also ice cold which was so refereshing. Definitely will be back here

We kind of regret not noticing the specials written on the wall. Looks like it changes daily.
What really makes this place shine though is the service. So on the ball. Speedy, friendly, and super attentive. And they also cleaned our table between courses like a fine dine place.

Excellentes pâtes et du choix en vins. Les pizzas sont moins bien mais bien tout de même. Pensez à réserver c’est mieux.
Had a great experience at this restaurant. Feels very warm and cozy. The food we got (bruschetta and pasta) were full of flavour and rich. The pasta was aldente and really tasty. They even have vongole pasta which I will definitely go back to get.

Il locale non è in pieno centro turistico, è carino ma non molto ampio.
Pasta e pizza molto buone e con prodotti di qualità,la " caprese " abbondante ma con fior di latte non eccelso.
Personale gentile,prezzi leggermente alti ma in compenso non si paga il coperto.

A busy restaurant at the best of times, we were glad to have booked.
Food was excellent and atmosphere was great. Wine was well received. It was a good night overall.

Nice seafood pasta, the flavour was mild not too strong which I prefer! All the ingredients in pasta and salad are so fresh :) And it is a reasonable price! Resturant vibe was great too.
Food was delicious but portions were too small. Some of the large party left hungry. The service was excellent. Our waiter was really lovely - the best we’ve experienced in a long time.
The best the best the best. These people know how to make Italian food! I can understand why they have been a Dublin institution for 20 years. The risotto with the crispy bacon was out of this world. Honestly life changing.

Couldn't help myself after my dinner reservation I had to go back for breakfast and it was a wise choice. Eggs, freshly squeezed juices, newspapers, and the flakiest, most decadent pastries. I love Dunne & Crescenzi and can't wait to get back to Dublin and back into South Fredrick Street.

I’m an Asian boy and I feel I’m not welcome.
I was there at 8 o’clock ,the front desk told me the whole night is full, they won’t accept any customers. I told them I can wait , but they asked me to leave .
Once I left , there came a couple , I asked them do they have a reservation, they said no . But the front desk gave them the table .
Then I found out in the website they still accept reservations, so I reserved the table .
So , they do have a lot of tables available, they just don’t want an Asian boy to be in the restaurant…
I went back to the restaurant, I asked why this situation happened, I feel there is racist .Then the bald guy asked me to shut up , they said stop talking if you want a table.
They even asked “why don’t you show my reservation in the beginning.”
They refuse to sorry and being very rude .
I feel really humiliated. I left the restaurant.

Food absolutely fantastic, even found a little crab in my muscles! Although the food was perfect the service wasnt great. We walked without reservation and fair enough, got sat in the cafe area in a bit of a walkway, rather than the restaurant, however 3 of us got cramped on a 2 person table when there was a spare table behind us that could have been put together when the extra chair was brought over too. Not the end of the world but it was close. Also after our meal we were expecting someone to ask if we wanted coffee and dessert but it never happened so we just got the bill!
It's a fine dine restaurant serving Italian cuisine, near Grafton street, Dublin, Ireland. Food was great. Service was prompt. Prices are a little on the higher side, nonetheless, there is always a lot of people inside.
Très bien accueillies, les pâtes sont bonnes peut-être un tout petit peu trop chères . j'aurai mis les pâtes bolognaise plus vers les 15 euro que 20 euro.

We booked here on our last night as it was just right outside of our hotel. The food was very tasty and the portions were generous. The place was fairly busy for a Tuesday night in January. Unfortunately the service wasn’t great, it wasn’t attentive or quick and they even wanted to overcharge me for something we didn’t even have.
Everything is amazing here from the minute you walk in the door, staff can't do enough for you, cosy atmosphere and anything you order off the menu is a winner (I've been here multiple times). Genuinely my favorite restaurant in Dublin.

Delicious food and really great atmosphere! It was worth to make a reservation as the place is quite small and busy. The food portions were excellent, everything very fresh. The place has that Italian ambience with the board and the wine bottles around. Definitely worth a visit!
Karte ist bisschen komisch, und Einrichtung nicht durchgängig. Essen war gut.

Belle expérience italienne à Dublin ce 17 août ! Façade extérieure qui est sans rapport aucun avec un interieur chaleureux et une ambiance italienne. Salle principale animée et petit sous sol plus au calme. Belle carte des vins, cuisine diversifiée et de qualité (charcuterie et excellentes pâtes notamment). Un regret : les fromages qui ne sont pas tous italiens ! Une très bonne adresse à recommander.

Gutes italienisches Restaurant, Qualität des Essens und Services hat wohl über die Jahre leicht abgenommen aber kann es immer noch empfehlen

War alles sehr lecker und der Service war sehr freundlich, leider mussten wir recht lange warten.
On a très bien mangé petite carte mais carte originale service rapide et sympathique on peut aller pour aller boire un verre ou pour manger
Die Pizzen sind mit denen in Deutschland geschmacklich nicht zu vergleichen. Uns hat es überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Und es gab kein Guinness.
Très bon restaurant ! Nous avons été conquis par la Bolognese et les Carbonara, goûts identiques aux plats que nous avons pu manger en Italie ! Saveurs excellentes ! Les serveurs sont aux petits soins ! Nous recommandons !

Comme la plupart des restaurant ici, la salle était extrêmement bruyante, on ne s’entend pas parler et on a même du mal à entendre le serveur quand il vient prendre la commande.

Had a meal last night. 10/10 great pizza, great chat to the owner about pizza dough. Even given me his details to message for advice when I get home. Going home and will create my own Sourdough starter.

Hier gibt's sehr leckere Pizza und Pasta. Auf jedenfall sollte man einen Tisch vorbestellen.

Bonjour arrivé au restaurant à 11h45 le plat est arrivé à 12h30 avec un cheveu sur l' œuf ,le cuisinier a oublié le bacon sur l'irish breakfast et le cocktail ne correspondait pas à la description....bref rien n'allait !
Nous avons bien mangé dans l ensemble mais ce restaurant est beaucoup beaucoup trop bruyant, ca raisonne, je pense avec la hauteur sous plafond de verrière, dérangeant en fin de journée quand on veut se poser.
Très bon restaurant italien où nous avons été gentiment accueillis et avons dégusté des plats délicieux. Il ne s'agit pas d'une pizzeria, aussi les pizzas ne sont pas le plat principal et sont donc assez petites, mais elles peuvent s'accompagner d'une assiette de légumes grillés. Les salades sont très copieuses.

Un des bars préféré de Dublin : il y a une petite verrière chauffée qui permet d'être un peu a l'extérieur. Les pizzas sont tres bonnes . Le weekend, vous pouvez allez bruncher et commander les meilleurs oeufs sauce hollandaise de la ville ! Une adresse à ne pas louper, vous ne serez pas déçu.
Pas déçu. Un vrai professionnalisme des serveurs ... L'agréable surprise d'entendre du Français aussi .... Niveau cuisine ... Une Tomate/Mozzarella un peu petite mais avec une vrai buffala ! ... Le piati était excellent et consequant ça sent le fait maison .... Le Tiramisu au Marsala est juste une tuerie qui met les point sur les i !
