This place was amazing. We visited here 3 times during our stay in Marrakesh. The food was good and the server, Mustapha, was very kind. I definitely will visit this place again when I come back to Marrakesh.

Bazaar Cafe wound up being the restaurant I went to most often while in Marrakech since it was a short walk from my riad. I really enjoyed their food and they also serve wine and drinks. The food was among the best I had in Marrakech. I really loved their fish tajine and kept ordering it when I went there. Their soups are all amazing and they always serve fresh bread. They have a great selection of drinks and good wine. The service was always friendly and the atmosphere relaxed and pleasant.

Great food and very nice views too. We went there twice and it was never super busy, so seems to be a bit of a hidden gem.

The place is excellent! Every single staff member is extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. We especially want to commend our waiter, Mustafa, who provided us with outstanding service.

The food was of exceptional quality and tasted wonderful. The price-performance ratio is very good, and the dishes were freshly and lovingly prepared.

A special highlight was the traditional live music, which created a pleasant and positive atmosphere.

We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place!
We had a drink at the rooftop and then we went down to have dinner with the music and dance show. It was an amazing experience, the service was amazing especially the waiter Mohamed, the food great and the location is perfect, in the center of the medina. I totally recommend it!
Had an amazing experience here with my partner, brilliant night show with a showcase of belly dances and such as well as nice food. Was served by a lovely gentleman named Adil, was so attentive and always had a smile on he’s face. Great service. 10/10 would recommend
I found out about this iconic restaurant by accident and I am more than lucky for adding it on our list. the service is the smoothest and the live music, shows, food quality, portions and prices let you speechless. Dancers are welcoming everyone to dance with them and create a warm environment for everyone. The price-quality ratio is great, I don't understand why some reviews are saying it's expensive. Dar Essalam was top notch. Loved the experience.
Everything was really good. Beautiful restaurant with a beautiful vibe, lots of green and plants.

I had 2 dishes and they were amazing!! Super fresh, didn’t disappoint.

The service was also great, everyone was very nice and quick.

Would definitely recommend!
Mohamed was amazing! The service was great, ambience is the perfect Moroccan experience. We spent our first night here and the food was amazing! Recommend for anyone visiting. We will be back!

I simply loved this hideaway spot for a quiet place to relax and enjoy a beer/meal after the hustle and bustle within Medina. It’s a beautiful courtyard below street level which made it feel more like a speakeasy. The staff were amazing, specifically Yasin, who kindly worked with my broken Spanish/French/English. He provided some great appetizer recommendations as I wasn’t too hungry and sweetly surprised with a complimentary ice cream at the end.

We were able to relax and unwind from our long journey from Japan.
We were able to spend some relaxing time on the quiet rooftop, away from the hustle and bustle of people.
It was a rare restaurant where you could drink alcohol.
The tajine and salad had just the right taste, and brought a smile to our faces.
The waiter was very polite, and welcomed us in a friendly manner even though we couldn’t speak either Arabic or French.
The cats were also very welcoming.

Their signature salad is very over priced. Like 90 MAD and we got three shrimps and some veggie as in the photo. Lemon juice was very sour and we could hardly drink it. Other main courses are not bad. Overall this restaurant was overpriced with this quality. And don’t order salad.
I only went to the restaurant part and I have to say that I had a beautiful meal. Everything was amazing, a special highlight to the incredible service of Mustafha. Really recommend this place and hope you are lucky as I was at level of service.
Additional information this place is one of the few that sells alcohol, if you are interested in that.

Great place to eat solid local fair in an elevated experience. Faiçel did a great job at our table. Think good Moroccan food with some Disney like performances. In a good way. Ultra tourist friendly. Basically only for tourists, but again, in a good way
Very nice dinner experience in this restaurant. The place is transporting you to the atmosphere of ancient Arabian palaces, well decorated and flawless. The food was great, good, well dressed and generous. The service was very good. My Thanks to our waiter, Adil for the attentions given to us. And finally the dancers and musical are rounding a marvelous and lovely evening experience.
Nice place, good was nice enough but didn't stand out over other Moroccan food I've eaten (stock standard) but the price wasn't standard. Totally Overpriced. Portion size was small. After a 5 course dinner set menu I walked out not really full. The atmosphere was nice and the service was fairly quick.
We recently dined here for lunch, and the experience was so wonderful that we even returned for dinner.
The food was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was outstanding, and the ambience was just lovely. Our fantastic waiter, Yassin, made the experience even more enjoyable!

Nabil and his guys were great. Amazing food, excellent service! Decent wine/beverage list as well. 5 stars!
Juste MAGNIFIQUE !

Not reviewing rooms. Food & experience only.
Such a cool & funky place to visit when in Marrakesh. Firstly the palace itself... it is wonderful. Not what would be expected from the smaller outside entrance way.
We came here for the food & dance/performance one Friday evening. If you want to taste local cuisine whilst also enjoying local music & dancers who entertain the guests throughout the evening food service then for sure, come here! The food portions are extremely generous, like most of Morocco! Many local dishes to choose from. I did feel the service was a little slow, probably a tactic used to keep you there longer & enjoy the entertainment which wasn't a bad thing, only I got quite hungry & thirsty waiting to be served.
A variety of performances happened over a 2-3 hours period.
I won't ruin what can be expected coming here, but do give it a go if you are visiting Marrakesh! We booked a few days prior which I recommend you doing.
When in Morocco it turns out you should get a pizza...
Of course it is not local cuisine but wow this visit To Chez Brahim was worth it! A very good wood oven pizza in a quaint terrace environment in the prefect location of Marrakesh. Like all Medina restaurants there is a beautiful terrace area to enjoy your food. A little cramped in this one compared to others I visited however, the food quality & happy staff made it a good experience. Not expensive either - not sure on their other food menu.
If you are a little bored of Tajines whilst visiting Marrakesh or simply want a pizza then I highly recommend going here!
Great job guys, keep it up.
as a chef i am impressed by cooking.
flavors very nice. the best food quality i tried in morocco
place also incredible beautiful
staff attentive
such a wonderful escape from busy medina
Friendly team of staff and lovely rooftop with a welcome breeze and great background music. Good food at reasonable price. Be mindful cash only though. Dirhams preferred but did eventually manage to settle bill with euros.

Food was delicious. Marvellous s vegetable soup and kafta tagine. Best bread so far in Marrakesh too. Real tasty juice. The place is very nice, nothing snob very comfortable
The restaurant has a terrace and also ground floor; both of which are very nice to dine in. There is alcohol too and the food really is very good so it’s worth a visit. We had grilled aubergines and hummus, alongside vegetable couscous and lamb tagline and it was all excellent. Mustapha looked after us so well. I would recommend this place for the elegant ambiance, great service and fantastic food.
This is a beautiful restaurant. The gardens are inviting, nice music, great for evening dining. The place wad packed but they gave us seats on terrace which was nice. The hostess at the terrace was less than friendly.

We had a lighter fare and the food didn't disappoint. I particularly liked the cheese and cucumber - nice minty hints.
Stepping into this restaurant feels like stumbling upon a hidden oasis. Its enchanting ambiance, adorned with lush plants, towering trees, and vibrant flowers, creates a captivating atmosphere that transports you to a secret garden retreat. Spread across three levels, each offering its own unique charm, I found the top level particularly captivating, offering a lofty view that adds to the dining experience.
The staff exudes warmth and hospitality, always ready to cater to any request. The menu boasts a diverse selection, catering to various tastes and preferences.
During my visit, my daughter got the Agadi octopus, a dish that left her thoroughly impressed. While my choice, the tenderloin, was decently prepared, it paled in comparison to the octopus.
It's worth noting that this establishment does not serve alcoholic beverages, which may be a consideration for some diners. Nevertheless, for those seeking a dining destination with an incomparably charming atmosphere, attentive service, and a range of delectable food options, I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.
What a great place. So close to the main square but feels very relaxing. Lovely musicians playing which give a lovely atmosphere.
The food is delicious- we had the kebabs and our daughter had pasta. Delicious meat and a lovely selection of salads and chips with them. The other food looks delicious too.
The staff are so kind, nothing is too much bother. They even gave our daughter strawberries at the end.
Good value. If you need somewhere to eat near the square I would recommend.

Delicious meal with some creative recipes. Top notch service and a cool Gnawa entertainment. The minute you walk in you are greeted by the gnawa musicians. You are taken to the outdoor swimming pool area for a very cute seating area with live music. This place was apparently the home of designer Balmain at some point.

Magical restaurant! We came here on a Friday night for dinner and were stunned by the beautiful interior. There were live musicians playing traditional music. The pool and the plantation added to the great atmosphere. The entire staff was extremely friendly, specifically Mr. Nabil and Mr. Karim. The food selection was great and everything tasted delicious. The meat was extremely tender.

It was burning outside like 30 degrees and such big crowds of tourist were stucking the streets and i saw that La table du Palais was very near of my location. I literally run there to take a breathe. Omg! So relieving! Feels like heaven. It looks like all birds also decided to live here instead of the Medina streets.
An amazing quick bite (mini chicken pastilla) and prange juice just refreshed me. I cannot appreciate more than this for this place and its beautiful service. Julian and his team are amazing and so kind and careful with their guests and service.
About food; chicken pastilla for starter would be quite filling if you will continue eating. I was so jealous with the table next to me, because the amazing smell of their tajin came all the way to my table and i regret that i didnt order it :)) still im more than glad with my mini Pastilla as it was sooo delicious.
But next time will be back for dinner.
Thank you so much for giving me this coziness and showing your hospitality.

I went mid-day for lunch based on the reviews here. There was only one other couple seated so it was very quiet and empty. Despite the nice weather we were sat inside so there was no poolside atmosphere here. Service was very slow. The food was good but not amazing. Perhaps it’s a better experience in the evening. I would skip it during lunch.

Pretty mediocre experience:
Showed up at 8pm and asked for a table for 2 - were told (in a quite rude or at least very unfriendly way) to come back 30min later which we did.
When we came back there were 4 people waiting who had also been told earlier to come back later - so realize the „come back in 30min“ doesn’t secure you a table, you‘ll just come back to queue there later.
So we waited another 45min there at the reception waiting for a table to free up, in the tiny smelly entrance near the kitchen.

At this point by the time we got to the table I didn’t really feel like eating anymore - but the ordering also took forever and so did bringing the dishes. The table never got cleaned from the previous people there (I was the one moving the stuff to another table, and no wiping was done) and 2 of the 3 things we wanted to order were out (how do you run out of vegetables couscous is the question yes). We left the restaurant it was after 11pm. They don‘t take the card.

Overall the food was quite nice I have to say and fairly priced I guess. But I don‘t think its worth waisting your entire evening there to save 20dhs on your Tajine. Would not go again

What a beautiful, opulent yet accessible restaurant on the edge of the Medina. The starter sharing courses were our highlight - such interesting flavours under the tiny tagines! The addition of the musicians made the night for us.

Authentic Moroccan cuisine in an unbelievably gorgeous environment that forgets the outside world entirely. The food is exquisite, thanks to Chef/Owner Mohammed Fedal. The service is reserved but attentive, the decor divine. Live music, local food, not a tour group hotspot.

Momo was such an amazing host. One of my top 3 best restaurants so far. I had such a culinary experience that I went to the restaurant TWICE. The staff was friendly and my overall experience was top tier. I highly recommend it!!!! #TTland
Delicious Moroccan food and enormous portions! Don't take one dish per person because you won't finish it. It's also really cheap and centrally located.
The place was really nice and the food was very interesting, flavourful and authentic.

The service was superb...i was quite early there and it wasnt packed so a lot of people made sure i had everything i need.

It is quite pricy for morocco but the experience is worth it.

I definitly want to go again and try the rest of the menu...recommended!

One of the best restaurants we visited in Marrakech was a stunning place with beautiful decor and a breathtaking rooftop view. The staff was very attentive and professional, providing us with great service and serving super delicious food. Although the restaurant is a bit hidden, it was easy to find once we saw the sign. We were pleasantly surprised to find great kids' options on the menu, which many restaurants don't offer. The beef tagine I had was very tasty and overall, it was a highly recommended dining experience for anyone visiting Marrakech.

We went back for seconds! We liked the place so much that we decided to go back for lunch the next day. We got sandwiches and all the ingredients were really fresh! Their hummus has a great garlic flavor, so if you like that I would recommend it. We also loved their ice cream. I would recommend at least trying their mint. It wasn't like American mint ice cream, it was water based, with fresh mint leaves and really refreshing! Their lemon and chocolate are tasty too. As far as we could tell, none had milk so if you are lactose intolerant (like my boyfriend) this is a great spot. The upstairs terrace has beautiful views of the mountains. It has shade and sun depending on what you are looking for while you sit. Overall it's just a great place to duck into for a quick bite and escape the chaos of the souks.

Located amidst the vibrant streets of Marrakech, this restaurant offers an authentic taste of local cuisine complemented by the warm hospitality of its residents. The staff, always friendly and accommodating, add to the inviting atmosphere. Prices are reasonable, and its a great option for families and couples alike. The terrace provides a charming setting to enjoy your meal, especially with live music in the evenings. Overall, a highly recommended spot for those seeking a genuine Moroccan dining experience.

Awesome food. We visited this place twice during our stay. We tried vegetarian tajine which was exceptionally delicious, chicken tajine with lemons and olives and berber tajine. We also tried their juices and mint tea. All exceptional. The service was also good. The place is a little cramped with uncomfortable tables on the terrace.

This place was worth the extra price. We ate in the middle of bushes and trees in this stylish Riad garden. The food delishas, chocolafe fondant the most perfect I at. Nice place for a dinner in style.
One of the most delicious meals we had in Marrakech. The food was divine, service was impeccable and a great rooftop ambience. Highly recommend their grilled lamb chops and meat couscous (ask for hot sauce on the side, if you prefer a kick in your meals). A hidden gem in Jemaa el-Fna. The place gets busy pretty quickly during lunch and dinner, so make sure to come early.

It's a rooftop restaurant with somewhat of a cramped seating. But the food here is top-notch. All the dishes we tried were spot-on and perfectly spiced. We tried a tajine, chicken pastilla, and a harira soup and all were amazing. I would recommend getting the morrocon salad along as it pairs well with the spicy food. This is certainly one of the must-eat places in Marrakech.
Exceptionally good place! The service is lovely, the food tastes out of this world, and the location overlooks Jmaa El Fna and its buzz. The Bastilla Chicken is a must try!!

Very decent restaurant with one caveat: CASH only - do beware.

Stairs leading to the restaurant are quite steep too.

Food was good with big portion yet fairly priced. I ordered Berber tagine thought it was a good one.

The terrace provides a good view of this part of town (not too much to see for Marrakech skyline) - always a positive though.

Heerlijk eten en mooie show en entourage

Good food! TopSpot, excellente service

Jammer !
