*Update 26/7/23. Yesterday's dinner, after several visits in the past couple of years, confirmed the EXCELLENT quality and service and value for money. The steaks were some of the very best we've had in Rotterdam* Lunch on June 8, 2021. The beefsteak salad with peanut dressing was out of this world. The chunks of steak were tender and scrumptious. Excellent service, reasonably priced, beautiful location. Highly recommended!

One of the finest museums in the Netherlands located in the heart of Leiden. Exhibits include Old Masters including the earliest known work of Rembrandt, to contemporary arts. Highly recommended!

*Update May 1, 2024. I'm happy to say that the passage has come alive again. Lots of new shops and cafes* A 'corridor' (passage) connecting two sides of Centraal Station in Amsterdam (city and het Ij/harbour). It showed a lot of promise when it opened but lately it has been somehow underutilised. That's really a great pity.

Beautiful station that has been maintained in the original form (and modernised to the highest current standards).
