We've used this pharmacy for years. Almost all the staff are very good & helpful until today. We had been waiting for some out of stock medication for about 6 weeks ( not thier fault ). But when we went to collect it the keyholder didn't arrive until almost 5 past 9, we then had to wait for them to get the til sorted. I asked the girl that served me ( keyholder ), why it had taken them so long when the manufacturer had said it was available from mid April. Her response was " well you've got it now ". Such an irresponsible reply when dealing with people's medication, we could have run out for all she cared.

Rang several times today between 11.00 & 17.30, I either got engaged tone or it rang out after 6 & half minutes, this is a bit much considering I made 20+ calls in total. I would have expected, one to be answered. Normally the service here is very good and prompt, & staff are great, which is why I gave 3 stars instead of the 1, I was going to. But this is a very big let down from yourselves. I do appreciate you will be very busy in the run up to Christmas.
