Yesterday November 23,2023 I ordered 4 Pizza's for pick up at 5:19 pm was told they would be ready in 15 minutes, at 5:34pm I entered the restaurant and my 4 pizzas were ready. Unfortunately their credit/debit system was down and the gentleman that served me took my number and gave the pizzas to me on trust he could call me over the phone later for billing. Two 1/2 hours later after not hearing from them I proceeded back to the restaurant with cash in hand as back up, they had lost my number but very pleased to see me, two of the employees greeted me with many thank you for returning to pay, how could I not as they were so generous with trust and only wanted me to enjoy the pizza's while warm!!! This says much about their willingness to provide above and beyond customer service.
The 4 pizza's were all phenomenal in taste both dough and toppings were fabulous in taste and texture, saltiness of the dough was just perfect!
I don't live in the area but my son does and he will not hesitate to order from there in the future, I on the other hand would also love to return and enjoy the charming bistro like atmosphere and vibe they have accomplished here.
I give full marks for this establishment, it was my first experience here and won't be my last, I certainly look forward to it. BTW when I returned the second time yesterday evening around 830 there was approximately 35 patrons enjoying dinner, they ALL appeared to be greatly enjoying themselves.
PS the attached video was at 535 on my first visit, my 4 pizzas waiting on the counter while 2 employees tried to reconnect their payment system.

Was shopping for a quality product with a fare price in mind. Upon test driving several models and group/lines finally settled on a 2023 Q5 Progressive S-Line with the blacked out package. My salesman David Gordon was extraordinary helpful and attentive to my needs. Kudos David and thank you for all your help!
