One of the thing's I love about this country is that it has a fair & just judicial system⚖️(the envy of many other countries around the 🌍).
Where you do get to have your day in court to be heard & judged fairly, without malice or prejudice 🧑🏼⚖️.
And so after being served with numerous section 21 (no fault eviction)orders by a spurious landlord who had bought the property that I had lived in for the last two decades, I was glad that County Court in Birkenhead existed.And thus prevented me from being made homeless prematurely despite the best efforts of my new phoney landlord.
I must also thank the staff behind the scenes at the Courthouse. Namely Nicky without who's help I would have found myself homeless at Xmas last year.
And both Dave & Kerry who have always been really polite & friendly, while being really helpful over the course of this last (highly stressful) year... thank-you.

"Lilly lobe' the smallest of the footbridges that cross the 🎣 lake in the lower park, yet still quaint & offering good views of the lakes aqua fauna 🦊🪵🐿️🪴🦆🌾 Including the 🦢's who have chosen to nest in this quite end of the lower park lake in the late spring/early summer of 2023.
Hopefully the Park gets to see 🐣 a cygnet or two this year 🤞.
