Another amazing meal @em.rest We were here in October and did the tasting menu. This time we ordered off the à la cart menu. We ordered for the table and shared items so we could taste it all.
Everything was great but again my favorite flavor came from the Dashi broth. It was clear, had so much flavor and umami. In October it was a corn broth. I will come back just to taste the next broth creation.
Then the fish and chicken were show stopping. Perfectly cooked, seasoned and flavors that were fancy Mexican with all the heart of this wonderful city.
